Today, we're going to discuss whether or not the government should spend more money on supporting the arts, such as art and music museums, than on public facilities like playgrounds and public swimming pools. On one hand, investing in the arts can have many benefits for society, such as promoting creativity, cultural awareness, and preserving history. On the other hand, there are concerns about the high cost of supporting the arts, and the argument that funding should be directed towards more practical and tangible improvements for the community, such as

improving public facilities and infrastructure. What do you think? Should the government spend more money on art and music museums than on facilities like playgrounds and public swimming pools? Why or why not?

因为第一， solar power建设需要用的metal和material很难获得，和fossil fuels一样面对limited resource的问题。其次，阅读说solar power可以修建在remote areas，这些地方连不上电。听力中认为solar power非常complex，如果人生活在城市里，遇到 solar power出问题了，可以找到维修的人。但如果生活在remote areas，很难有access to这些人。所以这些地区还是用traditional energy比较好，容易找到人修。
