《繁花》里宝总没教的金融经，我们的家长告诉你~

2024开年第一部高分剧当属王家卫执导的《繁花》。这部耗时三年打造的精品还原了20世纪90年代初上海的繁荣景象。

胡歌饰演的宝总更是收获了一个家庭老中青三代人的喜爱。剧中他凭借炒股发家，赚得第一桶金，而后便开始投身于各个行业，成为了黄河路的传奇人物。

昨晚《繁花》暂幕，但这霓虹闪耀的90年代传递的不仅是上海情怀，更是许多人奋斗的缩影，首当其冲的便是金融行业。改革开放以来金融行业一直在推动着经济的发展，也在持续影响着今天人们的择业，更是学生们在大学申请时的热门专业之一。

为了让更多同学充分了解这个“和钱打交道的”职业我们邀请到两位优秀的金融行业从业者，他们一位是在头部证券公司工作26年的杜同学的妈妈，另一位身处风险投资行业、成功创办了三家公司的恩同学的爸爸。他们将由问题出发，帮助同学们打开金融认知。

金融行业到底是什么呢？

杜同学妈妈：通俗来讲金融行业就是钱和投资两个领域。如何用钱去投资，达到钱生钱的效果。其中涉及到各个行业：银行、证券、保险、信托、基金、期货、投资咨询、财富管理等，所围绕的目的都是把钱管理好。

从事金融行业

要具备什么样的能力和品质呢？

杜同学妈妈：其实金融行业的门槛逐年在升高，不仅要求研究生是入门的门槛，还要进行逐轮考试。如果要进入行业总结下来可能要具备四个品质和五个技能：诚信、责任感、团结协作的能力以及持续学习的能力，同时要具备一定的金融知识、数据分析能力、计算机技术、沟通能力以及处理问题能力。行业一直在更新，企业也在面临数字化转型，这要求同学们要具备过硬的综合素质。

恩同学爸爸：对于风险投资行业来说最重要的就是经验，书本上的知识是不够的，没办法通过一张试卷来判断求职者的背景。因此在谈话的过程中，面试官不仅要看过往经历、情商、外在条件，还有个很重要的就是智商，智商如何测量呢？最简单的方法就是看是否是名校毕业。总得来说就是智商、情商和经验。因此我建议大学毕业的时候先不要上手做投资，要先积累经验。

金融行业从业者在高等教育期间

要培养什么能力呢？

杜同学妈妈：现在的金融行业很卷，不乏“清北复交”以及海外名校的毕业生，其实很多同学在学校期间表现非常突出，但走上工作岗位却没有展现出相应的品质。工作需要考虑各个方面，我们更在意同学们在学校期间，有没有参与过相应的实习，或者对这个行业有没有绝对的专注度，不再以单一的成绩去评判员工的价值。

恩同学爸爸：就风险投资行业而言，最重要的第一是经验，现在可以从个人理财开始，积累投资金融经验，慢慢就明白了基金、企业估值、股票价格都是什么关系，从个人理财可以看到国家经济政策，从国家经济就可以推及全球的经济走向。第二，其实想要从事金融行业未必要选择金融专业。我曾经去到一家投资公司，看到了一个斯坦福大学哲学大二的学生休学六个月在这家公司实习，来增加经验，之后再回到学校继续学业。这也引出我的第三点，就是多去投资机构实习积累经验，当一个同学在上学期间积累了多家机构的实习经验，毕业时不仅能力有了提升，同时也会积累大量的人脉。

从事金融行业不同阶段

所面临的机遇与挑战有哪些？

杜同学妈妈：在证券行业1-3年是个学习和积累经验的过程，学校的知识能够和实际岗位对标不是非常多，要学以致用积累经验。5年以后已经成为岗位的中坚力量，能力得到提升，同时会找到自己更垂直的领域。10年左右的时间可能会有更大的挑战和机遇，比如职位的调动，行业的跨度，这都需要同学们在前几年对自己的所学有更好的沉淀和耐心。

恩同学爸爸：还是就风险投资行业而言，第一步同学们可以在大学期间去实习，毕业的时候可以去投资机构工作，去亲眼见到创业项目，了解行业规则，结识人脉。第二步，可以去垂直的企业工作，去看到产品的研发，了解核心的技术。第三步，可以再回到投资机构，去研究具体的项目，这时候就可以知道这个项目是否可以进行投资。过去的20年，风险投资领域的钱绝大部分都投在了科技领域。我们说科技是第一生产力，那在之后的20年呢？我认为是依然是科技行业，再具体一些就是人工智能领域。

What is the real state of finance, a career that deals with money? In this episode of the High School Parents Career Sharing Series, we invited two parents, Du Xintong's mother, who works at a securities firm, and En Gele's father, who currently works in venture capital, to introduce finance careers from their own professional perspectives.

BRS: What kind of skills and qualities are needed for a career in finance?

Xintong's mother believes that students should enter the securities industry with five qualities and four skills: integrity, responsibility, cooperation, leadership, and the ability to learn; as well as a certain level of financial literacy, data analysis skills, computer skills, and communication skills.

Gele's father believes that in the venture capital industry, experience is the most important thing; theoretical knowledge alone is not enough. However, in addition to experience, there are many external conditions that determine whether you can enter the industry, and one of the most important factors is education background, which is a manifestation of intelligence.

BRS: Do you have any advice for students who want to enter the financial industry?

Xintong's mother believes that excellent education background is a must, but personal qualities and the ability to grow in the workplace are also very important.

Gele's father believes that students who want to pursue a career in finance may not have to choose a finance major, and that choosing a cold major is also a way to get a degree from a prestigious school. He also suggests that students can develop a sense of financial awareness now, and they can also intern at a financial institution during their college years to gain experience.

BRS: What are the career paths in finance? What are the opportunities and challenges at different stages?

Xintong's mother believes that the first three years in the financial sector is a process of learning and accumulating experience, because the most of the positions and the majors cannot be fully matched. After entering the industry for 5 years, when your ability is getting stronger, you will become the backbone of the position. After 10 years or so, it is more important to seize opportunities and meet challenges.

Gele's father cited the example of Lei Jun, who worked at Kingsoft when he graduated, to prove a three-step development path: the first step is to do internships during college; after graduation, where is the second step, they should work in investment organizations to understand the industry rules and expand their industry network, and then go to work in vertical enterprises so that they can get in touch with specific projects; in the third step, they can go back to the investment organizations so that they can be more sure of the project.
