心理学是研究人和动物心理现象发生、发展和活动规律的一门科学。它既研究意识，也研究无意识；即研究个体心理，也研究社会心理。人人都需要心理学，需要通过这门科学加深对自身的了解。
JPED根据青少年青春期成长变化，开设青少年心理通识课程，由JPED家庭研究院彭敏老师亲自授课。彭老师结合多年的一线咨询案例服务经验，研发出套《青少年爱听的心理学通识课程》教案。
旨在通过科学系统的学习提升认识自身情绪的能力、妥善管理情绪的能力、自我激励的能力、认识他人情绪的能力、管理人际关系的能力。

「“艺术实践是一种心理活动”

艺术作为一种轻松有趣又可持续的媒介，能够更加形象的展示创作者的心理动态。艺术创作经常能够直白的表达创作者的内心，从这一点考虑，艺术从心理学观点出发，也是由心理动机而产生的人类活动。
子曰：诗可以兴，可以观，可以群，可以怨。每一首诗词，虽则是偶尔的一种消遣，然而无不隐藏着一个触摸心灵的故事，或相思，或旅行，或怀古，或悼亡。从心理学的角度去分析，每一首诗歌都是一种“情绪的按摩”。
达罗捷派一直以来创造多种形式来提供平台和机会，希望学生能够敢于表达自己的内心。心理社的同学通过调研，决定以诗歌这种艺术表现手法作为载体，征集同学们的原创诗歌作品，制作成一本诗歌笔记本。
同学们经过一学期的诗歌收集及筛选，通过内页设计、供应商确认、排版设计、样板确认、多次修订、定价、印刷等多重工序，最终送印打版制作。
笔记本可180度翻折，书写更加方便；采用绿色布面，触感舒适；烫银工艺，让整体更精致耐看；内页采用网格、折线等多种设计，适用于不同场景的使用需求；诗歌主题内容丰富，能够从诗歌中获取精神能量。
这本诗集是每一位同学抒发心灵的印记，在进行艺术实践的同时，JPEDer们将此次原创诗集的收入捐赠给白化病儿童，希望让这份爱与关怀帮助更多的人。
根据世界卫生组织（WHO）统计，全球约10亿人正在遭受心理问题的困扰。由于心理问题引发的恶性事件、群体性事件时有发生，严重的心理问题可能成为影响社会安定与和谐，甚至阻碍社会改革和进步的重要因素。由此可见，心理学的渗入将在未来发挥举足轻重的社会作用。
JPED学生通过对相关心理知识的学习，了解到心理学的重要性，希望从身边出发，从日常小事出发，关注同学们的心理变化及情绪波动。故此，睦星公众号应运而创。
“睦星”名为和和睦睦，且人人皆可如天上繁星，闪亮自己，温暖别人。公众号logo采用“鸽子”形象，意味深远，且鸽子头部朝外，意喻拓展高远，追求目标，冲破阴霾。
“文化通古今，万里必为邻”。睦星公众号菜单栏设为树洞和诗歌投稿，在保证安全隐私的前提下，平台为大家建立了抒发心灵与艺术创作的窗口。同时，也为每一位关注者提供心理学知识及帮助，构建与读者之间更好的沟通模式。
睦星公众号创建至今，已发布近30篇优质文章（心理文章/原创文章），收获阅读数据近2500+。为JPED学生提供可以自由发表内心想法的树洞，宣泄自己的情绪，并得到及时的反馈，获得情绪安抚。

心理社作为学术科技类社团，在科学领域积极探索，同学们在掌握基础科学方法和原则的前提下，学习如何控制变量、考虑变量之间的关系、收集数据并通过统计方法或数学模型把结果描述出来，揭示现象之间的关系和本质。学习研究过程需要采用的符合逻辑科学的方法，得出可重复的稳定的科学结论。

作为学术科技类社团，在科学领域积极探索，建立至今已经产出两篇研究报告。
《关于日常冷热水口味偏好的调查报告》这篇报告从不同国家及地区的社会，环境，文化等方面，来分析生活在不同地区的人对于冷热水的饮用习惯，以及背后出现的原因。

在对外国友人的采访中，有20%的人倾向于温水，60%的人倾向于室温水（10-25度），剩下20%的人倾向于冷水。

一项80人的饮水温度习惯调查证明了，中国人的冷热水饮水习惯是几乎平均的，有接近六成的人习惯喝热水，而有接近四成的人习惯喝冷水。
从习惯入手，根据不同国度的地理位置、气候、风俗习惯等进行分析，在进行科学研究的同时，也对不同地区有了全新的认识。
在心理学中，感觉和知觉的概念通常是联系在一起的。我们的感官接收到刺激，我们的大脑以不同的方式工作，试图解释这些信息。从生物学角度来说，我们有7种感官共同工作，以尽可能多地获取关于我们周围环境的信息。在大多数情况下，你接收到的感官信号越多，你的感知就越有可能与现实相似。为了证明这一观点的正确性，同学们进行了实验测试。

在这个实验中，同学们切换了信号检测理论的几个组成部分。信号检测理论是测试受试者在嘈杂背景下检测微弱刺激的能力(取决于一个人的注意力水平、生物敏感性等)。他们所做的是应用同样的测试和概念，但用它来衡量一个人在另一种感觉引起的干扰存在的情况下，检测味觉的能力。

为了测试一种感觉是否会被另一种感觉所扭曲，进行“棕色蛋糕实验”。当人们看到棕色蛋糕时，脑海中会立刻浮现出两种口味:巧克力和咖啡。同学们要做的是，给人们展示一个棕色的蛋糕，让他们评价蛋糕的“巧克力味”，尽管完全没有巧克力的味道(蛋糕看起来像巧克力蛋糕，仅此而已)。下面的网格显示了用“信号检测术语”表达的两种假设反应。

此次试验证实了单一感官接收到的信号对人主观判断的影响是存在的。在一定程度上，单一感官接收到的信号甚至可以改变其他感官，使人做出错误的主观判断和认知。但这个单一的感官错误信号并不是100%让人误判，如果仔细识别，人们仍然可以做出正确的改变。
对于尚在汲取知识阶段JPEDer而言，组织开展科普实践活动对于提高对科学领域的认知具有重要作用。心理社团深感科学知识的储备对学业探索的重要性，在科学话题研究方面积极探索，未来还将组织更多的科学实践活动并进行内容编撰输出，为心理学的推广和发展贡献小小力量。
心理学是一门跨越科学和人文艺术的体系。《这才是心理学》一书的作者斯坦诺维奇指出：心理学中关于行为的结论来源于科学证据，心理学的应用都源于科学方法，并经过科学方法的检验。
“从原则上讲，科学性正是保证心理学作为一门独立学科的标准。”心理学是一门年轻的科学，正因为其年轻，有许多事实心理学才刚刚开始揭示，未来JPED心理社团还将继续深入探究心理建设、心理疏导以及科学性的心理实验。

JPED offers a general course on adolescent psychology according to the changes in adolescent growth, which is taught by Ms. Peng Min-JPED Family Research Institute. Confucius said: Poetry can be enjoyed, viewed, grouped, or complained. Every poem, although can be seen as an occasionally leisure, it hides a story that touches the soul, such as lovesickness, travel, nostalgia for the past, and mourning for the death. From the perspective of psychology, every poem is a kind of light touch to human's emotion.
JPED keep providing a variety platforms and opportunities for students to express their hearts. Through research, the students of the Psychology Club decided to use poetry as a host of artistic expression to collect students' original poetry works and make a poetry notebook.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), about 1 billion people around the world are suffering from psychological problems. Due to the occurrence of malignant incidents and mass incidents caused by psychological problems, serious psychological problems may become an important factor affecting social stability and harmony, and even hindering social reform and progress. It can be seen that the infiltration of psychology will play a decisive role in society in the future.
Through the study of relevant psychological theories, JPED students understand the importance of psychology. They hope to start from the detail, from their daily trifles, and pay attention to the psychological changes and emotional fluctuations of their classmates. Practice is the source of knowledge, is the fundamental power of the development of knowledge, is a special form of human life, that is, it is the form of social life movement. It is in the process of practice that man becomes a self-created subjective being.
As an academic and scientific club, psychological club is actively exploring in the field of science. Students learn how to control variables, consider the relationship between variables, collect data and describe the results through statistical methods or mathematical models on the premise of mastering basic scientific methods and principles, so as to reveal the relationship and nature between phenomena. The process of learning and research needs to adopt logical and scientific methods to reach reproducible and stable scientific conclusions.

"A Survey Report on the Taste Preference of Daily Hot and Cold Water" analyzes the drinking habits of people living in different regions and the reasons behind them from the aspects of society, environment, culture and so on in different countries and regions.

In interviews with foreign friends, 20% prefer warm water, 60% prefer room temperature water (10-25 degrees Celsius), and the remaining 20% prefer cold water.

A survey of 80 people's drinking water temperature preference proved that the cold and hot water drinking habits of Chinese people are mostly alike, with nearly 60% of people used to drink hot water, while nearly 40% of people like to drink cold water.
From the habit, according to the geographical location of different countries, climate, customs and other analysis, in the scientific research at the same time, students also have a new understanding of different regions.
In psychology, the concepts of sensation and perception are usually linked together. Our senses receive stimuli, and our brains work in different ways to try to interpret information. Biologically speaking, we have seven senses working together to pick up as much information as possible about our surroundings. In most cases, the more sensory signals you receive, the more likely your perception is to resemble reality. To prove that this idea is true, the students put it into an experimental test.
The Brown Cake Experiment report
Our senses receive stimuli, and our brains work differently to try to interpret such information. Biologically, we have 7 senses working together to get as much information as possible about our surroundings. In most cases, the more sensory signals you receive, the more likely your perception is to resemble the reality. In order to prove the correctness of this view, the students conducted an experimental tests.
Test Measurement Criteria
To test whether one feeling can be distorted by another, a "brown cake experiment" is conducted. When people see brown cake, two flavors immediately come to their mind: chocolate and coffee flavor. What students have to do is to show people a brown cake and ask them to rate the "chocolate flavor" of the cake, even though there is no chocolate taste at all (the cake looks like chocolate cake, nothing more). This experiment confirmed that the influence of signals received by a single sense on human subjective judgment is exist. To a certain extent, the signals received by a single sense can even change other senses, causing people to make wrong judgments and perceptions. But this single sensory error signal is not 100% misjudged, and if carefully identified, people can still make the right changes.
For JPEDer, which is still in the knowledge acquisition stage, organizing and carrying out popular science practice plays an important role in improving the cognition of the scientific field.The psychological club is deeply aware of the importance of scientific knowledge reserve for academic exploration, and actively explores scientific topic research. In the future, it will organize more scientific practice activities, compile and output the content, and make a small contribution to the promotion and development of psychology.
