In July, two students from ISA Tianhe were invited to participate in the 2023 SIMOC. There were over 1500 participants in the competition. Jaden and Leo were awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze medals. Congratulations to them!

七月，爱莎天河两名学生受邀参加新加坡国际数学奥林匹克挑战赛。他们在多达1500名参赛者中脱颖而出，斩获金奖、银奖、铜奖。祝贺Jaden和Leo荣获佳绩！

Since 2017, ISA Tianhe students have been present at every grand SIMOC. The school has led students to different regions or countries to participate in SIMOC and has achieved proud results. The maths teachers at ISA Tianhe are well experienced and maturated in coaching competitions. To help students show their strength in the SIMOC 2023, the maths teachers provided pre-competition guidance to the participating students. The students were given a series of systematic guidance, such as challenging exercises, mock exams and review sessions, which allowed them to improve their knowledge, independent thinking skills and teamwork skills. Finally, two students were awarded 3 medals in 2023 SIMOC!

自2017年起，在每届盛大的SIMOC赛事上均有爱莎学子的身影。学校曾带领学生前往不同国家地区参加SIMOC，并取得傲人的成绩。爱莎天河的数学老师具备丰富且成熟的竞赛指导经验。为了帮助学生们能够在2023的SIMOC决赛中大放异彩，数学老师对参赛学生进行了竞赛前的指导。学生们进行了挑战性练习、模拟考试、复盘等一系列系统性指导后，让学生从知识、独立思考能力和团队合作能力方面都得到了提高。最终，两名学生在2023 SIMOC中夺得3枚奖牌！

At ISA Tianhe, the curriculum in English, Chinese, Mathematics and Reading is using the Differentiated Group-Learning to meet the learning needs of students according to their level. In the mathematics curriculum, the differentiated group learning model effectively asks students guided questions to help them solve problems and deepen their understanding. At the same time, the combination of the group learning mode allows students to work in teams, which improves their communication and teamwork skills, and gives them a deeper understanding of the mathematics they have learnt.

学校的课程设置中，英文、中文、数学、阅读方面，均根据学生的层级进行分层个性化教学，满足学生的学习需求。在数学课程中，分层个性化教学有针对性地向学生提出引导性问题，让学生在解答问题的同时解开疑惑和加深理解。同时，结合小组学习模式让学生进行团队合作，提高学生的沟通能力和团队协作能力，并对所学的数学知识有了更深刻的理解。
