As we know, during the applying, overseas universities not only pay attention to the students’ academic performance, but also focus on their comprehensive quality. Therefore, in IHP, we actively advocate leadership education with the teaching goal of "focusing on leadership development and helping students navigate the world famous schools". By giving students leadership roles, we help students enrich their personal backgrounds, learn and develop leadership skills more systematically in practice, laying a solid foundation for them to become "well-rounded and outstanding" future leaders. We believe that through this kind of education and guidance, students will excel in academic performance, and show excellent comprehensive abilities, which will enable them to distinguish themselves with peers when applying and have a brighter future.

The IHP student union is an organization that aims to improve the quality of students' lives at school and to try its best to provide assistance and support to those in need. Based on the core spirit of "others before self", the student union has always been dedicated to IHP. Whether it is in open days, flag-raising ceremonies, guest receptions, or various promotional activities, they always work tirelessly. In addition, the student union regularly plans and organizes different warm and meaningful activities to bring students a rich and colorful experience in their after-school life and create a vibrant and warm campus environment.

At the end of last semester, through a rigorous screening and public voting process, we have taken the lead in electing the president and the secretary of department of the IHP student union for this school year. They have proved their abilities with practical actions, and we are confident towards them and expect them to bring more positive impacts to the whole IHP community in the future.
在上一学期期末，通过层层筛选与公开投票，我们率先选出了本学年IHP学生会的主席与各部门部长。而他们也用实际行动证明了自己的能力，我们对他们充满了信心，期待他们在日后的学习生活中为整个IHP社区带去更多积极的影响。
A new semester has begun, and this selfless and dedicated team will be welcoming more new members. On October 9, 2023, the election for new members of the IHP student union was held in the school show theater. A number of outstanding students came on the stage to deliver their election speeches.
新一学期正扬帆起航，这支从心出发，奉献同学的学生队伍也将迎来更多的新成员。2023年10月9日，IHP学生会招新竞选在秀丽剧院隆重拉开了帷幕。多名优秀学生走上舞台，发表竞选演讲。
Each candidate was full of enthusiasm, with passion for serving their peers, love of our school life, and vision and pursuit of the future. Regardless of the outcome, we are so proud of you all. Finally, with the witness of teachers and students, the result of IHP new student union members election were came out.
各个竞选者们都激情满满，怀揣着服务同学的热情，对学校生活的热爱，以及对未来的憧憬和追求。不论结果如何，我们都为你们感到骄傲。最终，经过全体师生投票决定，IHP新一届学生会成员诞生了。

IHP (Lingnan International Exchange Joint Academy) curriculum is based on American high school curriculum of International Leadership of Texas, and prefectly integrates the American AP Pre-College Program, the English Enhancement Program, and the Chinese Cultural Specialties Program. In addition, IHP was authorized by the College Board in August 2016 to offer AP courses.
IHP国际高中（岭南国际交流联合书院）以美国得州国际领袖学校的美国高中课程为基础，融合了AP美国大学先修课程、英语提升课程及中国文化特色课程，其中IHP国际高中于2016年8月获得美国大学理事会授权开设AP课程。

作为美国最大的公立高中之一，美国得州国际领袖学校，在全球范围内开设了34个校区。值得一提的是，在2023年的US News全美最佳高中排名中，得州国际领袖学校共有4个校区成功入选。
IHP is Guangzhou campus of International Leadership of Texas. Since being found, IHP has continued to maintain a very close cooperation with ILTexas. On one hand, we have incessantly learned experience in leadership programs, student management, and career guidance from ILTexa. On the other hand, ILTexas has constantly provided the greatest support to the development of IHP. Both of us emphasize imporving students' outstanding leadership skills, and cultivate lifelong learners who have the spirit of "others before self", and have the ability to influence and lead others, and serve the whole community.
