2023年语言文化节上，九年级B班的同学们用“飞花令”的形式，改编、演绎了红楼梦众人品茶赏乐的故事。

回首过去一年，广州斐特思师生们携手共创佳绩。无论是刚入学的学子还是准毕业生，他们均在各自的赛场上赢得掌声与荣誉。一场场精彩纷呈的活动中，同学们在舞台上、运动赛场上绽放青春的光彩。正因有师生们的努力，广州斐特思亦赢得了家长的赞誉与同行的认可。

In 2023, during the Language and Culture Festival, students from Grade 9B at Fettes College Guangzhou adapted and performed the story of the characters in "Dream of the Red Chamber" enjoying tea and music in the form of Flying Blossoms.

The following verses were used:

"Plum buds break before the winter ends,
Plum blossoms abound after the new year begins."

"Before the white jade hall, a plum tree stands,
This morning, suddenly, several flowers bloom."

The students creatively incorporated these verses into their adaptation, adding a poetic and cultural touch to their performance.

Reflecting on the past year, the faculty and students at Fettes College Guangzhou collaborated to achieve remarkable accomplishments. First-year students and graduates have received applause and acclaim in their respective competitions. Through various captivating activities, students on stage and sports fields have showcased the splendour of their youth. Thanks to the dedication of the teachers and students, Fettes College Guangzhou has garnered parental appreciation and peer recognition.

As of the time of this writing, 100% of the applicants to Oxford University and Cambridge University from Fettes College Guangzhou have received interview invitations. On January 9th, an exciting milestone was reached as the Oxford University admission list was released. Among the successful candidates, G12 student Angela Zu received the remarkable news of being admitted to the prestigious physics major at the University of Oxford!
