新学期即将开始，为确保每位CBIS学子安全有序返校，以最好的状态迎接新学期，请您务必和孩子一起阅读以下注意事项。

Dear parents,

Happy Chinese New Year! Last year, we walked hand in hand, accompanied by love, and witnessed the growth of our children. Thank you for all your support and cooperation. In the coming semester, let's keep working together and see what we can achieve.

The winter vacation comes to an end and the new semester is about to begin. In order to make CBIS students return to school safely and orderly, please read the following tips.

住宿生返校时间

2月5日（正月十五）晚上6:00-8:00

走读生返校时间

2月6日（正月十六）早上7:00-7:55

各班教室

1.住宿生生活用品：床单，被罩，被子，洗漱用品，桶，脸盆，蚊帐，拖鞋、水杯等生活用品；

2.学习用品：书包、文具，寒假实践作业；

Residential students

Feb 6th  7:00 - 7:55 AM

Classroom

1. Daily Necessities for boarding students: beddings, toiletries, buckets, washbasins, mosquito nets, slippers, cups and other daily necessities.

2. School Supplies: schoolbags, stationery, winter vacation homework.

1. 有意识地引导孩子调整生活作息与饮食结构，让孩子注意营养均衡，早睡早起；

2. 带领孩子适度地进行体育锻炼，增强体质与免疫力；

3. 与孩子多沟通、多交流，缓解开学给孩子带来的紧张情绪。

1. 和孩子深入谈心，总结寒假假期生活的收获和成长；

2. 落实作业检查，督促孩子尽早完成寒假作业；

3. 督促孩子复习上学期的功课，以教材、课堂笔记、错题本等为基础，梳理出知识提纲，对薄弱环节进行查漏补缺，迎接开学后的检测；

4. 通过不同的方式预习新学期的功课。

1. 制定新学期计划。根据实际情况，和孩子共同明确新学期的目标和方向；

2. 放手让孩子参与、完成力所能及的家务劳动，培养孩子自理能力和独立能力；

3. 坚持整本书阅读。每天坚持阅读30分钟以上，与孩子交流读书心得，让阅读为孩子的成长奠基。

1. Guide your children to adjust their daily routine and diet structure, let them pay attention to nutrition balance, go to bed early and get up early.

2. Lead them to moderate physical exercise to strengthen their physiques.

3. Communicate with them to ease their tensions and pressures.

1. Talk with your children and summarize the winter vacation.

2. Make sure the winter vacation homework are done.

3. Review the lessons of the previous semester, sort out the knowledge outline based on the textbooks, class notes, error books, etc.

4. Preview the lessons of the new semester.

1. Set the goals of the new semester with children according to the actual situation.

2. Let them complete the housework, cultivate their self-care ability and independent ability.

3. Reading. Insist on reading for more than 30 minutes every day, exchange reading experience with children.
