张园长毕业于湖南文理学院学前教育专业，之后还兼修了湖南农业大学人力资源专业，持有高级职业园长、高级育婴师、中小学校长培训证、小学和幼儿园教师资格证、家庭教育指导师证及心理教师任职资格证等相关证书。2023年8月，张园长正式担任彼一米森林儿童学院湘府校区（BMXF）的中方园长。在彼一米集团及学院理事会的领导下，她将全面执行、指导及管理彼一米湘府校区的运营和内务综合事宜，完善及落实园所运作规范，负责教育管理及研究，师资团队建设，并不断升级和优化课程体系及实施；以孩子为中心，负责孩子的全面管理，尤为关注孩子的品格培养、健康与安全。

Mrs.Joly graduated from Hunan College of Arts and Sciences with a major in preschool education and a minor in human resources from Hunan Agricultural University, she holds certificates such as senior professional gardener, senior nursery nurse, primary and secondary school headmaster training certificate, primary school and kindergarten teacher qualification certificate, family education instructor certificate, and psychologist teacher qualification certificate, etc. In August 2023, she officially became the Chinese Principal of BMXF. Under the leadership of BeeMee Group and the Board of Directors, she will fully implement, direct and manage the operation and internal affairs of BMXF, improve and implement the operation standards of the school, be responsible for education management and research, teacher team building, and constantly upgrade and optimize the curriculum system and its implementation; and focus on the children, be responsible for the overall management of the children, with special attention to the children's character development, health and safety.

张园长从事教育工作近30年，其中有12年的小学教学工作经验，16年的学前教育教学管理工作经验，熟悉高端双语幼儿园及学校的管理模式，有幼儿园创园筹建的成熟经历，擅长对0-3岁托育、3-6岁幼儿园的中外课程体系的运营及执行。曾先后担任昆山新昆教育集团园长、总园长职务；江苏宇祺教育集团蒙氏园园长职务；深圳国际博朝托育品牌运营公司校监职务；东莞海逸外国语幼儿园园长职务等。在此间，张园长还多次参加教研论坛活动，曾荣获苏州市吴中区“先进教育工作者”称号。

Mrs.Joly has been engaged in education for nearly 30 years, including 12 years of experience in primary education, 16 years of management experience in pre-school education, familiar with the management system of high-end bilingual schools and gardens, twice the maturity of the experience of creating a garden, specializing in the operation and implementation of Chinese and foreign curriculum systems for nursery education for 0-3 year olds and kindergartens for 3-6 year olds. She has served as the headmaster and chief director of Kunshan Xinkun Education Group, the headmaster of Montessori Kindergarten of Jiangsu Yuqi Education Group, the supervisor of Shenzhen International Bochao Nursery Brand Operation Company, and the headmaster of Dongguan Haiyi Foreign Language Kindergarten, among other positions. In the meantime, Mrs.Joly has also participated in many teaching and research forums, and was awarded the title of "Advanced Educator" in Wuzhong District, Suzhou.

“每一位孩子都是独一无二的，根据孩子成长的需要，努力为孩子提供一个可发展可探索的环境，鼓励每一个孩子成长为鲜活而独特的自己！”这是张园长的工作宗旨。她希望能引领高端家长的教育思维，让每一个孩子都能享受到高端的启蒙教育。

"Every child is unique. We endeavour to provide a developmental and exploratory environment according to the child's developmental needs, encouraging each child to grow into his or her own unique self!" This is the aim of Mrs.Joly's work. She hopes to lead the educational thinking of high-end parents, so that every child can enjoy high-end enlightenment education.
