BeeMee's curriculum system is guided by the British EYFS framework and adapted to our country's culture. It is implemented using IEYC thematic curriculum, specialty courses, forest curriculum, and life education. Therefore, prior to the start of the school year, we have conducted comprehensive guidance, training, and planning for various content areas.

EYFS整体框架的解读，让新旧老师们再一次了解英国早期基础教育框架涵盖的7大领域的内容，以及与国内3-6岁儿童发展指南所强调的5大领域有何相同与不同的地方。当老师们了解了孩子在不同年龄段不同领域的发展程度与标准时，教师便能明白如何给予孩子支持，以及如何搭建开放式的环境供孩子们生活与学习。

Interpreting the overall framework of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) helps both new and experienced teachers understand the content of the 7 key areas covered by the British early childhood education framework. It also allows them to compare and contrast these areas with the 5 key areas emphasized in the developmental guidelines for 3-6 year-old children in our country. When teachers have a clear understanding of children's developmental levels and standards in different domains at various age stages, they can better comprehend how to provide support to children and create an open environment for their living and learning.

当我们给到老师关于专业理论知识的培训之后，我们的教学主任与教学组长就结合了理论带领大家一起进行实操培训，如：EFYS体系要求老师们具备十大素养，我们就根据其中的内容，对老师们进行一日工作流程与标准培训，以及教老师们如何做一名有智慧的老师，轻松有趣地带领孩子们度过一天的过渡环节；EYFS体系要求给孩子们提供开放式的区域环境，让孩子们自主学习，我们就培训老师们如何根据IEYC的主题课程内容，开展班级的学习中心，以及如何做一个开放式的主题墙，将孩子们的学习过程与学习成果进行可视化。正是这样理论与实际相结合的培训，让老师们在新学期的工作更加有的放矢，有据可依，有度可循。

After providing teachers with training on professional theoretical knowledge, our head of teaching and teaching team leaders combine theory with practical training. For example, the EFYS system requires teachers to possess ten essential competencies. We then conduct one-day workshops and standard training sessions based on these competencies. We also teach teachers how to be wise educators, guiding children through their daily routines with ease and fun. Additionally, the EYFS system emphasizes providing an open and autonomous learning environment for children. We train teachers on how to establish classroom learning centers based on IEYC thematic curriculum content and how to create an open-themed wall to visualize children's learning processes and achievements. It's through this blend of theory and practical training that our teachers are better equipped for the new school year, with clear direction, solid foundations, and adaptable strategies.

The cultivation of teachers' professional ethics and conduct is an extremely important management requirement for a kindergarten. We aspire for our teachers to be happy and loving educators, and we expect them to be gentle yet firm in their approach. It is only when teachers have a solid foundation of knowledge that they can become wise educators who can calmly handle various emotional and behavioral issues with children. 一所幼儿园的顺利运营，离不开后勤安全部门的协作，所以针对我们的安保部门以及厨房，我们也进行了相应的安保人员工作流程培训与厨房食品卫生安全标准培训，让员工们再一次对工作流程规范进行学习与演练，保证开学后的后勤安全工作正常开展。

The smooth operation of a kindergarten relies on the cooperation of various support departments, including security and the kitchen. Therefore, we have conducted relevant training for our security personnel on work procedures and food hygiene and safety standards for our kitchen staff. This training ensures that our employees have the opportunity to learn and practice the standardized workflows, guaranteeing the proper functioning of logistical and safety operations when the school year begins.

保育老师的工作是保证孩子们在园卫生健康的重要一环，保育老师的专业细心呵护是孩子们在园健康生活最强有力的保障，在对保育老师进行工作流程规范的培训后，我们开展了保育老师技能大赛，从理论知识到实际操作，让所有的保育老师都提前进行熟练与演练，为开学的保育工作做好十分的准备。

The work of childcare teachers is a crucial aspect of ensuring the health and well-being of children in the kindergarten. The careful and professional care provided by childcare teachers is the strongest guarantee for the children's health and well-being at the kindergarten. After providing training to standardize their work procedures, we organized a skills competition for childcare teachers. This competition encompassed both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, allowing all childcare teachers to practice and become proficient in advance, ensuring they are well-prepared for the childcare work when the school year begins.
