彼一米以构建成一个以孩子、家长、教师的根本利益和需求：学、养、教三位于一体的生命教育实践中心为使命，在践行教育使命的道路上，深谙家校联合的重要性，一直积极搭建有效的沟通渠道，为家长与孩子一同学习和成长提供资源。通过紧密的家校联动，让家长融入彼一米学习社区，共同创造一个有利于孩子持续探索的教育和学习环境，让孩子、教师、家庭共同成长。

BeeMee has a mission to build a lifelong educational path that addresses the fundamental interests and needs of children, parents and teachers: learning, nurturing, and teaching. CBFS recognises the importance of parent-teacher collaboration in fulfilling its educational mission and has actively developed effective communication channels to provide resources for parents to learn and grow with their children. Through close parent-teacher links, parents are integrated into the CBFS learning community and together we create a teaching and learning environment that is conducive to the continuous exploration of children, so that children, teachers and families can grow together.

家庭与学校，如同教育航船的左右桨，必须协同合作，才能航行在正确的方向。而为了让这条航行之旅更远更平稳，在9月中旬的班级家长会上，通过家长自荐、班级推选等方式，长沙彼一米森林学校CBFS完成了2023-2024学年班级家委成员扩招，随后开展了新学年家校协会PTA成立大会，邀请家委代表们在教育的这条漫漫长路上，与我们携手前行，做家校共育的领航引路人，为学生们创造更好的未来。

Family and school, like the left and right oars of an educational ship, must work together to sail in the right direction. In order to make this voyage smoother, CBFS completed the expansion of class PTA members for the 2023-2024 school year through self-nomination by parents, class selection, and other means at the class PTA meeting in mid-September, then CBFS held the inaugural meeting of the PTA for the new school year. We invite the PTA representatives to walk hand in hand with us on the long road of education, to be the navigators and guides of co-education and to create a better future for our students.

家庭和学校是孩子成长最重要的两个环境，只有家庭教育与学校教育相互配合，才能让孩子得到全面的发展。在CBFS新一届家校协会成员中，有长期支持彼一米工作的老朋友，也有与彼一米结识不久的新伙伴，大家共聚一堂，携信任和期许而来，以爱之名，双向奔赴。

Family and school are the two most important environments for children's development. Only when family and school education work together can children achieve full development. Among the new members of CBFS, there are old friends who have supported the work of CBFS for a long time, and there are new partners who have not known CBFS for a long time, all coming together with trust and expectation, and running in same directions in the name of love.

At the meeting, parent representatives took turns introducing themselves and sharing their experiences.

家校共育，是这场双向奔赴和成全的直接体现。对于教育，大家都有着相同的期许，我们也会为之而不断努力，让彼一米的每一位孩子，都能自由生长、不断超越自己。

Coeducation at home and at school is the direct embodiment of moving in the same direction and becoming our better selves. We all share the same expectations of education and we will continue to work hard to ensure that every child at CBFS is free to grow and constantly surpass themselves.

家庭，作为孩子生活的第一个课堂，对孩子的人格形成和社会化进程具有无可替代的影响力。而学校，则应秉持教育的使命与担当，用科学的教育方法和专业的教育理念去引导每一个孩子。在学校的学习生活中，孩子们通过参与各类活动，不仅提升知识技能，更在实践中感受到成长的快乐。而这种快乐，正是源自于家庭与学校的相互配合、相互尊重。

The family, as the first classroom of a child's life, has an irreplaceable influence on the formation of the child's personality and the socialisation process. The school, on the other hand, should uphold the mission and responsibility of education, using scientific educational methods and professional educational concepts to guide each child. In their school life, children not only improve their knowledge and skills by participating in various activities, but also feel the joy of growing through practice. This joy comes from the mutual cooperation and respect between family and school.

会上宣读了《彼一米森林学校家校协会章程》，CBFS家校协会PTA坚持以“服务学生为基本出发点，旨在更紧密地联系家长、教师及行政人员，建立积极可信地工作关系”为宗旨，以“争取中外方教师和家长的共同努力，形成积极的教育资源，确保良好的中英文教育环境，使学生在这样的环境中学习知识、学会做人、提高素质”为中心任务，明确了家校协会主席、副主席、秘书长以及各协会代表的工作职责，并提出了选举倡议。

The constitution of the CBFS PTA was read out at the meeting. The PTA of CBFS adheres to the purpose of "taking service to students as the basic starting point, seeking closer contact with parents, teachers and administrators, and establishing a positive and credible working relationship" and the central task of "striving for the joint efforts of Chinese and foreign teachers and parents to form a positive educational resource, to ensure a good Chinese and English educational environment in which students can learn, prepare for the future, and improve their quality of life", and clarifies the responsibilities of the President, Vice-Presidents, General Secretaries and representatives of the various associations, as well as the process of election.

在经过校方与家校协会代表共同举手表决后，推选Carrie&Jerry 爸爸担任主席一职、Charlie妈妈担任副主席一职、Alex&Olivia妈妈担任秘书长一职。

After a show of hands between the school and the PTA representatives, Carrie & Jerry’s father were elected as Chairmen, Charlie’s mother as Vice-Chairman and Alex & Olivia’s mother as General Secretaries.

一纸聘书，不仅仅是一份荣誉、一份信任，家校协会成员们接过聘书，亦是接过了一份责任与担当。这一张张聘书，不但拉近了家校之间的距离，更代表着一份职责与重任。

A Letter of Appointment is not only an honour and a trust, but also a duty and a responsibility for the members of the PTA. This letter of appointment not only brings the distance between home and school closer, but also represents a responsibility and a heavy burden.

会议现场，彼一米森林学校中方校长陈斌及教学团队向家校协会成员们汇报了本年度秋季学期开学以来的工作安排及教学情况，家校协会成员们也收集了各年级家长的感想与看法，向校方提出了意见及建议，积极发挥了监督、参与、协调作用。

At the meeting, Chen Bin, the Chinese Principal of CBFS, along with the teaching team, reported to the members of the PTA regarding the work arrangements and teaching situation since the beginning of the autumn term of this year, and the members of the PTA also collected the feelings and opinions of the parents of all classes and submitted their opinions and suggestions to the school, and actively contributed their supervision, participation and coordination.

彼一米创始人向姗姗女士表示，新学校需要家长朋友来发现问题、提出问题，共同帮助解决问题，使学校发展得更加美好！非常感谢各位家长朋友无私奉献出自己宝贵的时间和精力，参与到家校协会这个组织中来，与彼一米一起同行，这份信任和支持也让彼一米成为了更有活力、更有影响力的社区。彼一米也将继续加强家校互动，为孩子们的发展提供更广阔的舞台，为他们的美好未来共同努力。

Mrs Shanshan Xiang, the founder of CBFS, said that the new school needs parents and friends to identify problems, raise them, and work together to solve them so that the school can develop even better! We are very grateful to all the parents and friends who have selflessly given their valuable time and energy to join the PTA as an organisation and walk with CBFS, and this trust and support has made CBFS a more vibrant and influential community. CBFS will continue to strengthen the interaction between home and school, providing a broader stage for the children's development and working together for their bright future.
