The selection process for these roles is rigorous, involving student applications and interviews conducted by experienced teachers from the Prep School. This meticulous process not only ensures that we select the most deserving and capable individuals but also encourages students to engage in self-reflection during the application and interview process.
We have a passion for what we do at school and have confidence and belief in ourselves. With great powers come great responsibilities. Rightfully so because you our LEH students play a huge role within our Prep School. When students oversee their own environments, they feel a sense of belonging.
I would like to thank all the students from last academic year, for all their hard work and dedication to their student roles. They all played a huge part in developing the roles and embedding them into Prep school enabling it to become a place of learning and self-reflection where everyone feels Happy, Busy and Purposeful.
The students have seen the impact they have had previously, and they wish to continue to impact even further. That has led to this academic year seeing many more applicants for the individual roles. The application process for the roles was a meticulous process with rigorous interviews by the Prep staff team. Congratulations to all those who were successful. I am looking forward to seeing the achievements of the students in their new school roles this academic year.
