10月20日的爱莎荔湾餐厅,德国风格的装饰显得格外引人注目。墙上装饰着传统的德国风景画,生动展现了德国小镇的独特魅力,桌面上摆放着精致的德式餐具,每一件都散发着浓厚的欧洲风情,墙角挂着传统的乌木挂饰,为餐厅增添了一份古老与神秘的氛围。餐厅时不时传来悠扬的德国民乐,使人仿佛置身于德国的乡间小道。

Culinary art, originating from daily life, is a form of cultural expression. On October 20th, the ISA Liwan Cafeteria, adorned with captivating German-style decorations, became the center of attention. Traditional German landscape paintings adorned the walls, vividly capturing the unique charm of German towns. Exquisite German tableware graced the tables, each piece emanating a strong European essence. Traditional dark wooden ornaments hung in the corners, adding an ancient and mysterious aura. The cafeteria was occasionally filled with the mellifluous tunes of German folk music, transporting people to rural pathways in Germany.

德国的饮食文化非常独特,它不同于一般性饮食文化中以精致、味美、色佳、气香作为食物的评判标准,德国传统饮食文化评判食物的标准只有一个,那就是营养价值。注重营养,这于爱莎荔湾“以学生为中心”的理念不谋而合,爱莎荔湾餐厅通过饮食,为学生的健康成长保驾护航。

德国酸椰菜卷饼

德国酸椰菜卷饼在德国是一种受欢迎的特色菜肴。德国人喜欢将酸椰菜与面包搭配,创造出口感丰富、味道独特的小吃。德国酸椰菜卷饼中酸椰菜的酸味,与软面包或者面团的香甜相互交融,使整体口感更为丰富。



香肠拼盘(蜗牛肠、法兰克福肠、牛仔肠)

In German culinary culture, sausages are globally renowned for their diverse varieties, varied cooking methods, and unique flavors. Building upon the integration of Eurasian cuisines, Germany has developed a wide array of sausages, including snail sausages, Frankfurt sausages, and cowboy sausages. These sausages cater to different tastes, known for their rich variety and a plethora of accompaniments. Each type of sausage possesses a distinct flavor profile. For instance, snail sausages are usually tender and smooth, Frankfurt sausages tend to be slender, while cowboy sausages often feature more spices and a smoky taste.


 

Pork Knuckle

A traditional dish in Germany, especially popular in the Bavarian region. Its origins can be traced back to the rural areas of southern Germany, representing one of the country's countryside delicacies. Situated in the central part of Europe, this region experiences long winters and a climate that isn't conducive to large-scale crop cultivation. However, abundant pastures have led to a flourishing livestock industry in Germany, making meat a significant component of German cuisine. Among these dishes, German pork knuckle is beloved worldwide for its crispy skin and tender meat. A vital part of German culinary culture, the distinctive feature of German crispy salted pork knuckle lies in its crispy exterior and succulent interior. Infused with rich aromatic spices, the skin is perfectly crispy, while the pork inside remains tender and juicy, creating a remarkably flavorful dish.

 

Asparagus, Baby Corn, and Baby Carrot

It involves coating the asparagus with olive and herb sauce and baking until golden and crispy. The olive and herb sauce permeates the asparagus, blending the sweetness of three different types of asparagus, resulting in a distinctive taste. This dish is a rich and unique delicacy, perfect for summer, combining healthiness and deliciousness.

These diverse hues not only stimulate one's taste buds but also provide a visual guide for students to embrace dietary diversity and balance. By savoring foods of various colors, students can better understand the flavors of different ingredients, enhancing their palate and aiding in the development of healthy eating habits. This colorful culinary experience is more than just a delightful meal; it serves as an educational opportunity, allowing students to learn about the importance of healthy eating while indulging in delicious flavors.


In the eyes of students and teachers, each mouthful of delicacy carries memories of both Eastern and Western cultures, and every flavor conveys the exchange between these two cultures.
