Empowering Students

本次庆祝活动源于去年8月TWIS学生参加的在广州举行的哈佛模拟联合国（HMUN）会议。学生在HMUN会议上的优异表现坚定了Ms. Ann校长成立学校模拟联合国社团的信心。她希望通过成立模拟联合国社团，培养学生参与讨论模拟联合国会议事务的能力，包括模拟联合国委员会的各类事项以及地球村活动等。本次大型的模拟联合国日的庆祝活动在学校模拟联合国社团成员的精心组织下得以顺利举行。他们通过勤奋刻苦、高效沟通和通力合作，实现了他们的目标。 

The origins of this spectacular event can be traced back to the successful participation of TWIS students at the Harvard Model United Nations (HMUN) conference held in Guangzhou last August. Inspired by this success, our dedicated head of school, Ms. Ann, took the initiative to establish the MUN Club, aiming to nurture students in all aspects of an MUN conference, from committee participation to global village engagement and delegate dances. Preparing an event of such grandeur required meticulous planning, and that’s precisely what our MUN members did. Months in advance,they formed committees, encompassing students of various age groups. These committees worked diligently, learning how to communicate and collaborate effectively - essential skills for achieving their goals.
