2023年12月16日，在东莞市举办的“校际杯”青少年击剑年度冠军赛中，清澜击剑学院的击剑手们从近40位学生选手中脱颖而出，共获得了11枚奖牌，其中包括4枚金牌、3枚银牌和4枚铜牌；这个成绩也让清澜击剑队在团体积分总排名中位列第2名，令人骄傲！

在比赛中，清澜击剑队的每一位击剑手都展现出了精湛的击剑技巧和果断决策能力。无论是哪一个组别的学生，他们都以自己的独特风格和出色表现吸引了观众的目光。在场上充满了激烈的竞争和紧张的氛围中，每位击剑手都充满斗志，并且不畏困难地迎接自己的对手。每一场较量都充满了悬念，每一次的攻击和防守都体现出了学生们在训练中的努力和毅力。

清澜山击剑学院（TSFA）始终坚持的“互相帮助，共同进步”的理念在这次比赛中得到了充分的体现。TSFA相信，只有通过互相合作和支持，才能成就更好的击剑手、更好的清澜学子。

回望过往的每一次训练中，清澜山击剑学院的教练们辛勤付出，充满热情地指导和培养学生们。他们的专业知识和教学经验为学生们提供了坚实的支持，让他们在比赛中能够充分展示自己的潜力。同时，教练们也注重培养学生的品格和团队精神，使他们成为优秀的击剑手同时也是乐于助人和合作的好学生。

TSFA也想感谢亲爱的家长们，一直以来对TSFA无私的帮助和支持，为学生们提供了良好的环境和条件。没有家长们的支持，清澜山击剑队不可能取得这样的成绩。

7年级的Grace Huang说道：

我学习击剑有两年多的时间了，感觉击剑是一项很烧脑的运动。我认为击剑和其它运动的区别就在于，击剑时你需要思考使用什么战术和技巧去战胜对手，并对对手的下一步动作做出预判。当我刚开始学习击剑时，只是被好奇心驱使，并不是很喜欢，但在学习了一年之后觉得击剑有着独特的魅力，深深吸引了我。尽管我在最初的各种击剑比赛中排名垫底，但随着参加比赛次数的增加，我也能看到自己的进步。现在的我对自己的击剑技术越来越自信，终于在“校际杯”2023东莞市青少年击剑冠军赛中获得七年级女子重剑个人第一名。我会继续努力，在未来的日子全力以赴！

Absolute record for TSFA with 37 students in this event plus 3 more students in Shenzhen in a squad boys U14 event which they got the 4th place.

On December the 16th, the Tsinglan fencing Academy, TSFA,  achieved brilliant results in the "Inter-School Cup" Youth Fencing Annual Championship held in Dongguan. 37 students participated and they showed their perseverance and technical proficiency. After fierce competition, our fencers won a total of 11 medals, including 4 gold medals, 3 silver and 4 bronze. This result allowed our fencing team to rank second in the overall team points ranking, a proud result. Next year we are coming for gold.

TSFA can fully trust and have the entire support from all the parents who are always ready to help us. They are so passionate and vibrant when their kids are on the piste fighting. Fencers can feel all the positive energy no matter the score at the end.

That day, Grace Huang from 7th grade explained: "I think Fencing is a really interesting sport. I’ve been doing it for over two years already. All the thinking that you have to do in this sport like: how are you going to trick your opponent? and predicting what he/she will do next, puts fencing apart from other sports. When I first started fencing, I didn’t like it much, but after one year of doing it, it started to become more and more intriguing. Even though I kept on getting last in competitions, but I can feel all improvement. Now, getting more and more confident with my skills, I finally got my first gold medal in the last competition. I will keep on improving my skills, and trying my best in the future."

In TSFA, "I help you, you help me" are really importants world and even more, a motto. Because we need each-other to training, to develop strategies and increasing tactics and actions, each student develop with his-her partners a team-spirit attitude to grow together.

Jason Lou from 9th grade who attempted his first competition after two years training explained: I think this competition is very helpful for me. I learn a lot of things in it. I know that I need to set my mind right. I should also know that the first competition is not for win, but for learning. I will continue to practice hard in Fencing. 

We do believe in TSFA that "no pain-no gain" is what we are believe in as well as "winning-winning" when we act as a team.

We are  really satisfied to all our fencers and looking forward the next competition.
