CCA，英文全称Co-Curriculum Activity，是主科之外有助于学生成长的辅助性课程，是CBFS重点建设的特色课程，帮助学生构建学科知识之外，诸如实践、审美、协作、领导力、思维方式等方面的综合能力。 

Co-curricular activities (CCA) are a supplementary curriculum that helps students grow outside of their main subjects, and it is a special programme that CBFS focuses on building, helping students to build comprehensive abilities such as practice, aesthetics, collaboration, leadership, and mindset in addition to subject knowledge.

在高端运动课程中，马术课程最为学生们追捧。马术理论课和实操课相结合的课程让学生们初步体验了从懂马到识马再到驭马的过程。通过一个学期的训练，学生们的平衡感增强了，身姿更加挺拔了，在与马儿的互动中，学生们还培养了爱心、勇气、耐心，和克服障碍的信心。

In the realm of high-end sports courses, equestrian classes are the most sought after by students. The combination of theoretical and practical lessons in equestrianism allows students to initially experience the process from understanding, recognizing, to mastering how to ride horses. Through a semester of training, the students's sense of balance has improved, and their posture has become more upright. In interacting with horses, the students have also developed love, courage, patience, and the confidence to overcome obstacles.

腰旗橄榄球，全称美式腰旗橄榄球，是源于美国国家橄榄球大联盟NFL的一项大众化运动。与美式橄榄球运动相比，腰旗橄榄球不用穿戴特别装备，且男女皆宜。因为没有任何的身体接触，安全系数远高于篮球与足球。

Flag football, officially known as American flag football, is a popular sport that originated from the National Football League (NFL) in the United States. Compared to American football, flag football does not require special equipment and is suitable for both men and women. Since there is no physical contact, it is much safer than basketball and soccer.

2017年腰旗橄榄球开始在国内萌芽，2018年NFL（北美橄榄球联盟）举行了首次中国腰旗橄榄球全国总决赛青少组公开赛，2019年举办了NFL腰旗橄榄球儿童赛。同时，从2019年开始，北京、上海乃至济南已连续举办了多年省、市一级的腰旗橄榄球比赛；2020年开始国家体育总局开始举办全国青少年U系列腰旗橄榄球锦标赛。

In 2017, the seeds of flag football were sown within our borders. By 2018, the NFL (National Football League) proudly presented its inaugural National Flag Football Championship for the youth of China. Following this, in 2019, the stage was set for the NFL Flag Football Children's Tournament. Furthermore, beginning in 2019, cities like Beijing, Shanghai, and even Jinan have been consistently hosting provincial and municipal level flag football competitions for several years; and since 2020, the General Administration of Sport of China has taken the initiative to organize the National Youth U Series Flag Football Championships.

对于出国留学而言，尤其是北美地区的奖学金申请，在体育内容中，橄榄球是很好的加分项，在小学阶段通过腰旗这一“弱化版”的橄榄球运动，可以很好的培养学生们对橄榄球的兴趣，为以后国际留学的可能性打下基础。

When it comes to studying abroad, particularly in the pursuit of scholarships in North America, proficiency in football stands out as a remarkable asset in the sports category. Introducing students to flag football, a more accessible version of the sport, at the elementary level nurtures their interest in football. This early engagement lays a solid groundwork for future opportunities in international studies.

CBFS Flag Tootball Teams Are Aigning Up Now

● 基本规则 Basic rules

分为两支队伍（每支约5人），在一块面积约5人制的足球场地上，一支队伍进攻，另一只队伍防守。两队交替向对方领地发起冲击，目标是把球送到对方端区，完成达阵得分。比赛进行时，不需要额外的头盔，垫肩等装备，需要普通的运动服及运动鞋，然后在进攻球员腰带上挂一条腰旗，防守方扯掉持球进攻球员腰旗时，进攻即被阻止，几乎不会出现拉扯、挤抱、摔跤等情况。

The game is played between two teams (each with about five players) on a field roughly the size of a 5-a-side soccer field. One team plays offense while the other defends. The teams take turns launching attacks on each other's territory, with the goal of getting the ball into the opponent's end zone to score points. During the game, players do not need extra equipment like helmets or shoulder pads; they only need ordinary sportswear and sneakers. An attacking player wears a belt with a flag attached to it around their waist. The defense stops the attack by pulling the flag off the belt of the player holding the ball, making it nearly impossible for actions such as pulling, hugging, or wrestling to occur.

G1—G3学生，男生女生均可,10人以上组队开班。

Open to students from G1 to G3, welcoming both boys and girls. Teams are formed with 10 or more enthusiastic members.

航天系列课程是彼一米问天学院BASI与中国航天科技国际交流中心合作设立的课程。上学期，在航天专家老师的带领下，学生们认识天文望远镜、动手制作太阳系九球仪，了解了人造卫星的组成部分，太阳能帆板及人造卫星如何发电，认识了太阳系八大行星，参观了人造卫星工厂，完成了飞天神剑系列课程的学习，还参加了天舟七号发射观摩研学营。 

The BeeMee Academy of Space Inquiry (BASI) series courses are established in collaboration with the China Aerospace Science and Technology International Exchange Center by BeeMee. In the last semester, under the guidance of aerospace expert instructors, students got to know astronomical telescopes and made a model of the solar system featuring its Nine-globe apparatus with their own hands. They learned about the components of artificial satellites, how solar panels and satellites generate electricity, and became familiar with the eight major planets of the solar system. They visited an artificial satellite factory, completed the learning of the "Flying Divine Sword" series of courses, and also participated in a study camp to observe the launch of Tianzhou-7.

创意美术课程上学生们跟随老师一起运用黏土建造城市，运用纸壳制作温馨小屋，运用画笔创造心中的美好世界。在世界级绘画大赛中，学生们成绩斐然，她们的作品还被老师制作成挂历作为新年礼物送给了大家，成为了学生们用画笔创造美好生活的最好展示。

In the Creative Arts course, the students followed the teacher to build a city with clay, make a cosy cottage with paper shells, and create a beautiful world in their hearts with their paintbrushes. The students were very successful in the world-class painting competition, and their works were even made into calendars by the teacher as New Year's gifts, which was the best demonstration of the students's use of paintbrushes to create a better life.

播音主持课的学生们虽然只学习了短短一个学期，但她们展示出了惊人的表演力。在老师的带领下，学生们信心满满，参加了市级、省级比赛，均取得了优异的成绩。

The students in the broadcasting and hosting class have only been studying for a short term, but they have demonstrated an amazing ability to perform. Led by their teachers with confidence, the students participated in municipal and provincial competitions and all achieved excellent results.
