为确保新学期学校各项工作安全、平稳、有序地开展，9月6日上午，区教育局体卫艺科科长顾佳琦、金海街道教管办主任顾卫权等领导来到上海美达菲双语高级中学检查指导2023学年第一学期开学工作。校长王东焕、德育校长王海鹏等学校领导陪同检查。

In order to ensure the safe, stable and orderly development of the school's work in the new semester, on the morning of September 6, Gu Jiaqi, chief of the Physical Health and Art Section of the Educational Bureau of Fengxian District,  Gu Weiquan, director of the Jinhai Street Education Management Office, went to Shanghai MacDuffie Bilingual High School to check and guide daily work at the beginning of the first semester of 2023. Principal Wang Donghuan, moral education principal Wang Haipeng and school leaders accompanied the inspection.

检查组一行实地考察了校园环境，对行政楼、教学楼、学生剧场、学生宿舍等关键场所进行安全检查，现场询问关于学校安保情况、消防安全、电气安全、传染病防控等方面各项工作的开展情况。

The inspection team visited the campus environment, conducted safety checks on key places such as administration buildings, teaching buildings, student theaters, and student dormitories, and inquired about various ongoing work regarding school's security, fire safety, electrical safety, and infectious disease prevention and control.

检查组对校园安全工作给予了充分肯定，并对干净整洁、富有人文气息的校园环境表示赞许，同时也对学校后续的工作提出了更科学合理的指导性意见。

The inspection team gave full affirmation to the campus safety work, and praised the clean, tidy and humanistic campus environment, and also put forward more scientific and reasonable guiding suggestions for the follow-up work of the school.
