11月28日星期二，协和浦东IG1、IG2、A1和A2年级的西班牙语组学生在西班牙语老师徐老师和Vera老师的陪同下进行了一次户外教学活动。在西班牙语校内课程学习的基础之上，体验西班牙语境下的生活和文化多样性。
On Tuesday, 28th November, all Spanish students from IG1, IG2, A1, and A2 of SUIS Pudong (Xueye and Sanlin) went on an excursion accompanied by their Spanish teachers, Mr. Tsui and Mr. Vera. This excursion allowed them to experience different aspects related to the cultural diversity offered by the Spanish language.
Un día de cultura hispana y gastronomía española
El pasado martes 28 de noviembre todos los estudiantes de español de IG1, IG2, A1 y A2 de SUIS Pudong (Xueye y Sanlin) hicieron una excursión, en compañía de sus profesores de español, el Señor Tsui y el Señor Vera, que les permitió entrar en contacto con diferentes aspectos relacionados con la diversidad cultural que ofrece la lengua española.

首先，他们参观了位于上海法租界安福路的塞万提斯学院图书馆。他们了解了塞万提斯学院的情况，并得知该学院在许多国家设有分支机构和图书馆，致力于推广西班牙语这门语言和使用这种语言进行交流的世界各地文化。图书馆也会定期举办各种活动，如讲座、展览、工作坊、比赛、音乐会、电影放映和纪录片等，感情兴趣的学生们可以在空余时间报名参加。也是在这次活动中，学生们了解了西班牙语考试的信息，明白了这些考试可以让他们获得语言水平认证并且永久有效。接下来，学生们通过各种活动展示了他们的语言能力，每一位同学的表现都让老师们感到骄傲。访问的最后，学生们参观了图书馆，并学习了如何成为会员和访问馆中资料，包括书籍、杂志、漫画、CD和DVD等。
First, they visited the Library of the Cervantes Institute in Shanghai, located on Anfu Street in the French Concession. They were introduced to the Cervantes Institute, which has branches and libraries in many countries and is dedicated to promoting the Spanish language and the cultures around the world that communicate in this language. They were also informed about the variety of activities that regularly take place in the library, such as talks, exhibitions, workshops, contests, concerts, film screenings, and documentaries; activities in which they can participate. They were also informed about the existence of Spanish exams that allow them to certify their level with indefinite validity. Next, the students demonstrated their proficiency in the language through various activities, making their teachers proud of them. As a conclusion to their visit, the students were shown the library itself and were instructed on how to become members and access its materials, which include books, magazines, comics, CDs, and DVDs.
En primer lugar, visitaron la Biblioteca del Instituto Cervantes de Shanghai, en la calle Anfu, en plena Concesión Francesa. Allí se les habló del Instituto Cervantes, que tiene sedes y bibliotecas en muchísimos países y se dedica a la divulgación del español y de todas las culturas alrededor del mundo que se comunican en este idioma. Así mismo, se les explicó la variedad de actividades que tienen lugar habitualmente en la Biblioteca, como charlas, exposiciones, talleres, concursos, conciertos, proyecciones de películas y documentales; actividades en las que ellos pueden participar. Y se les informó de la existencia de exámenes de español que permiten certificar el nivel que se tiene con validez indefinida. A continuación, los estudiantes demostraron su pericia en esta lengua en varias actividades haciendo que sus profesores se sintieran orgullosos de ellos. Como broche a su visita, se mostró a los estudiantes la propia biblioteca, indicándoles cómo debían proceder para hacerse socios de la misma y tener acceso a su material, que, además de libros, revistas y cómics, incluye CDs y DVDs.
西班牙美食体验
最后，学生们有机会在附近的Mercado 505餐厅品尝西班牙美食。在浏览菜单时，他们乐于认出一些他们在学校课堂上学到的菜肴名。当美食上桌，他们在品尝美食的同时，也乐于和同伴们及老师们分享他们各自的见解。毫不意外，烩饭是他们的最爱。
Finally, the students had the opportunity to enjoy Spanish food at the nearby Mercado 505 restaurant. While looking at the menu, they had fun recognising some of the dishes they had learned about in their classes at school. When the orders arrived, they discussed their preferences regarding the flavours they tasted. They particularly loved the paella. The impressions that the students shared with their teachers afterwards were very positive.
Finalmente, los estudiantes tuvieron ocasión de disfrutar de comida española en el cercano restaurante Mercado 505. Observando la carta, se divirtieron reconociendo algunos de los platos de sus clases en la escuela. Y, cuando llegó la comanda, comentaron sus preferencias en cuanto a los sabores que probaban. Les encantó la paella.
活动后，学生们都和老师们积极探讨了这次的收获与所得。他们认为这是一次非常生动、有趣和富有意义的上海西班牙之旅。美味的食物也让这次活动增加了一份味觉的记忆。
Las impresiones que los estudiantes compartieron posteriormente con sus profesores fueron muy positivas. En general, les pareció una experiencia muy buena, interesante y educativa, y la comida, deliciosa.

在协和浦东校区，西班牙语是KS3学生的一门必修课，也是我们IGCSE和A Level阶段的选修课。这门课程的存在是为了帮助我们的学生在中文和英文之外，掌握世界第三大语言-西语。通过语言和文化浸润，真正做到培养全球公民。
At SUIS Pudong, KS3 students learn Spanish as a subject and they will be able to continue with it as an option for IGCSE and A Levels. We hope that our students can at least have some knowledge of this third most spoken language in the world, after Chinese and English. By immersing in language and culture, we truly achieve the cultivation of global citizens.
