如何提高居家学习效率?心理老师说......

新学期的线上学习已经过去了一个星期,如果要用最时髦的话来说,在这个过程里,我们似乎在构建一个属于BMH的“元宇宙”。


老师和学生每天在不同的“直播间”里见面,每个班级的微信群消息不停,家校沟通平台Seesaw里也能看见众多家长与老师的互动。






我们知道,在这段时间里学生、家长、老师都付出了巨大的努力,在不断克服重重困难,来适应这个无法来到学校的春季。


2月24日,我校的心理老师面向全体BMH社区成员开展了一次线上家长会,针对居家学习如何提高孩子自主性、如何与孩子有效沟通等内容,从专业的角度为大家提供建议与指导。



我们在乎每一个学生的学习和心理状态,也在意家长们的面对的压力与焦虑,我们愿意尽最大的努力帮助大家,希望能够给到每个人一些温暖的支撑。







对于学生:如何提高居家学习效率

孩子的居家心理调适
规律作息时间是保障
学习要有仪式感,穿好校服,整理着装
安静无干扰的学习环境、清空桌面
加强居家活动、加强体育锻炼
让孩子与朋友、同学等保持联系,聊聊天

留意心理异常现象
情绪变化,易哭或易怒,或变得容易与家人发生冲突
睡眠异常,入睡困难或早醒
食欲变化,突然吃很少或暴饮暴食
兴趣减退,对什么都不感兴趣,情绪持续低落
社交变化,不愿与同学、家人、朋友交流


对于家长:照顾自己,才是爱的开始

爱自己,是爱孩子的起点

有自己的社交圈

对于各种不良情绪或烦闷,有倾诉抱怨的对象(伴侣或朋友),而不是让孩子担当这个角色

情绪稳定

不要把情绪带到孩子身上,不要把孩子当出气筒

有自己的兴趣爱好,而不以孩子为自己的兴趣爱好

要关注孩子,但不要只关注孩子

—不要以孩子的成败论英雄,成才有早晚,人各有所长

积极锻炼——亲子运动比赛

锻炼可以带来好心情,避免消极情绪和抑郁,有条件时,不要长时间宅家

多晒太阳保持光照

让心情更美丽

建立积极的社会关系

和家人、伴侣、好朋友多一些沟通

—避免或减少电子依赖

安排时间做自己喜欢的事情

打球、种花、看电影、看书、摄影、听音乐

在这个不确定的世界,我们无法左右天灾人祸,我们能做的只有在乱序中寻找新的出路,用柔软的心去面对坚硬的困难。

A week into the new semester of online learning, we seem to be building a BMH "metaverse", if we want to use the most fashionable word. 


Teachers and students are meeting in different "live" rooms every day, each class is constantly messaging on WeChat groups, and many parents and teachers are interacting on the home-school communication platform Seesaw.






We know that students, parents, and teachers have worked very hard during this time, and are constantly overcoming difficulties to adjust to this spring season when they cannot come to school.


On February 24, our school's counselor conducted an online parent meeting for all BMH community members, offering advice and guidance from a professional perspective on how to increase your child's autonomy by learning at home and how to communicate effectively with your child.



We care about each student's learning and psychological state, and we also care about the stress and anxiety that parents face. We are willing to do our best to help everyone and give some warm support.







For students: how to improve study efficiency at home

Psychological adjustment of children at home

Regular work and rest
Be serious, put on the school uniform and dress up
Quiet and distraction-free learning environment, cleared desktop
Conducting home activities and physical exercise
Let the child keep in touch with friends, classmates, etc.

Watch out for psychological abnormalities

Crying or irritability, or becoming easily conflicted with family members
Abnormal sleep, difficulty falling asleep or waking up early
Change in appetite, suddenly eating very little or overeating
Diminished interest, disinterest in anything, persistent low mood
Reluctance to communicate with classmates, family and friends


For parents: take care of yourself

If students need help with emotional distress, inattention, dyslexia, and other psychological problems, we also welcome you to make an appointment to consult with our counselor or call psychological assistance hotline.


In this uncertain world, we cannot decide on disasters, all we can do is to find a new way out of the chaos and face the hard difficulties with a soft heart.


Having a positive state of mind and assisting each other is the only way to get through difficult times.
