为了迎接新的学期的到来，我们学校特意为学生们举办了一个启航仪式。两位校长借此机会表彰同学们上学期的优异成绩，并对这学期提出了新的要求。除了继续坚守我们的3R（尊重、毅力、责任）行为标准以外，同学们还需要明确自己的成长目标，制定有效规划去实现它，为成为一名全面发展的学生而不断努力。

校长为我们分享道：“书本不是你们的全世界，世界才是你们的书本。百尺竿头须进步，不要满足于已取得的成绩，同学们要再接再厉，争取达到更高的境界。”

一支毛笔，一张宣纸，在一年级新生入学典礼环节上，一年级同学们在老师的引领下，郑重写为自己写下一个方方正正的“人”字。希望通过具有庄严仪式感的执笔礼，让一年级新生明白上学读书的神圣意义，以此激励同学们珍惜读书机会、尊师孝亲、崇德立志。

经过一个学年的努力与比拼，我们有不少同学取得了优异的成绩以及明显的进步。迎着新学年的蓬勃朝气，我们为去年表现卓越的学生颁发学科奖、 班级之星以及奖学金。

针对不同的学科，我们会由科任老师评选出该学科表现优异的学生给予嘉奖，该学生需要在年级中脱颖而出，成绩优异者更是有机会能参与到学校的PEAK项目。

班级之星的选拔看重的是学生多维度的一个综合评估。除了要各科学术成绩达到高水平以外，班级之星还要求学生在品德修养、课外技能、班级贡献等方面上都表现优秀，这也是我们一直以来鼓励学生要向“德智体美劳”全面发展。

深圳诺德双语学校秉承“学生为先”的理念，践行全人教育的宗旨，全身心投入支持学生的全面发展，帮助他们用有限的时间获得无限的成长，以十足的动力取得优异的表现。因此，我们为学术方面表现优异的学生设置学术卓越奖学金，同时也为进步明显的学生提供学术潜力奖学金，以此激发学生更多的潜在天赋。

除了学科表现以外，上学期我们还开展了演讲比赛、诗歌大赛、戏剧艺术节等比赛，以展示孩子们在课堂外不一样的一面。通过才艺展示方式，孩子们和校内外不同圈子的交流，可以让发现、认识到不一样的自己，培养了自信心与人际交往能力。本次开学典礼，我们也为上学期表现突出的同学们进行了颁奖。

In order to welcome the arrival of the new semester, NAS Shenzhen specially held an Awards Ceremony for the students. Our principals took this opportunity to commend the outstanding achievements of the students last semester and put forward new requirements for this semester. In addition to continuing to adhere to our 3R standards of conduct, students also need to define their own growth goals and formulate effective plans to achieve them.

"Books are not your world, but the world is your book. You must make progress with every success. Don't be satisfied with what you have achieved. Students must make persistent efforts and strive to reach a higher level."

With a brush, and a piece of rice paper, and under the guidance of the teachers grade one freshman wrote a character "person". It is hoped that through the writing ceremony the students will understand the sacred meaning of studying in school, cherish the opportunity to read, respect teachers with filial piety, and honour morality and ambition.

After a year of hard work and competition, many of our students have achieved excellent results and significant progress. Taking advantage of the vigor of the new school year, we have presented subject awards, homeroom rewards, and scholarships to students who have performed well over the past year.

For different subjects, we will reward students with outstanding performance in the subject selected by the subject teacher. The students need to stand out in the grade, and those with excellent grades will have the opportunity to participate in the school's 

The selection of Homeroom Awards focuse on a comprehensive evaluation of students from multiple dimensions. In addition to the high level of academic performance in all subjects, our class star also requires students to excel in moral cultivation, extracurricular skills, and class contributions.

NAS Shenzhen adheres to the concept of "student first", practices the purpose of whole-person education, and devotes itself to supporting the all-round development of students, helping them to achieve unlimited growth in a limited time, and to achieve excellent performance with full motivation. Therefore, we set up Academic Excellence Scholarships for students with outstanding academic performance, and also provide Academic Potential Scholarships for students with significant progress, so as to stimulate more potential talents of students.

In addition to academic performance, we also held the Speak Out Challenge, Chinese Poem Competition, Drama Art festivals, and other competitions last semester to show children's different sides outside the classroom. Through the after-class competition, our children communicate with different circles inside and outside the school, so that they can discover and recognize their different selves, and cultivate self-confidence and interpersonal skills. At the opening ceremony, we also presented awards to students who had an outstanding performance in the last semester.
