5月31日晚，为期一周的支教在六一儿童节的到来接近尾声。在深美高年级学生支教的学校——茂名化州市合江镇九仕坡宏育学校的唐氏娱乐文化中心的大舞台上举行了六一儿童节文艺汇演活动。

On the evening of May 31, the week-long volunteer teaching came to an end with the arrival of Children's Day. At Tang’s Entertainment and Culture Center of Jiushipo Hongyu School, Hejiang Town, Huazhou, Maoming, the school where secondary students of SAIS voluntarily teach, Children's Day cultural performances were held on the big stage.

晚会在宏育学校刘付炎校长热情洋溢的致辞中拉开序幕，《说书人》《梦想家》《茶山情歌》等一个个精彩节目轮番上演，或蓬勃向上、意气风发，或天马行空、充满童趣。孩子们通过舞蹈、朗诵、合唱等形式充分展示了活泼个性和艺术才华，熟练的表演、灵动的动作、可爱的神态不时赢得现场观众的热烈掌声和喝彩。

The party began with an enthusiastic speech by the principal of Hongyu School, Mr. Liu Fuyan. Wonderful programs such as "Storyteller", "Dreamer" and "Tea Mountain Love Song" were staged in turn. The children's performance won applause from the audience.

Although only a few days, SAIS teachers and students have formed a deep friendship with Hongyu. Under the warm invitation of the teachers and students of Hongyu, we also prepared two programs—singing with guitar (by William & King) and English song choir (all SAISers), to join this grand ceremony and celebrate the unforgettable festival with Hongyu's children.

随着六一儿童节汇演节目的“轮番上阵”走向高潮，在这热烈的气氛中，我们的Chery李梅校长代表深美外籍人员子女学校向合江镇九仕坡宏育学校捐赠资金五万元。李校长不但捐赠了资金，还给每一个宏育的孩子带来了小礼物，宏育学校还特意为深美准备了金色的牌匾，对李校的慷慨表示感谢。

As the Children's Day performances "take turns" and come to a climax, with warm atmosphere, our principal Chery Li came to Maoming from Shenzhen to participate in the donation ceremony to help rural education, and donated 50,000 RMB to Hongyu School, representing SAIS. Ms. Li not only donated money, but also brought small gifts to every child of Hongyu. Hongyu School also specially prepared a golden plaque for SAIS to express gratitude for her generosity.

之后宏育学校小学一年级小朋友手捧鲜花献给李校长，李校马上蹲下接受这一份爱的回赠，并有感发言，表达了自己继西藏、贵州、河源之后又一次带领老师和学生进行支教，展现了她对慈善事业的坚持与向往，代表深美向宏育学校的未来发展送上了我们诚挚的祝福——希望无论是深美的学生们还是宏育的孩子们都可以通过这次支教活动收获满满，也祝愿宏育学校的校长、老师、同学们能够身体健康、工作与学习都能更上一层楼。

After that, a G1 student of Hongyu School presented the flowers to Chery, who immediately knelt down to accept the love in return. Then she delivered a speech, expressing that she had once again led teachers and students to voluntary teaching after Xizang, Guizhou and Heyuan, expressing her persistence and yearning for charity, and on behalf of SAIS, she sent our sincere blessings to the future development of Hongyu School——hoping that no matter it is SAISers or Hongyu's children, everybody can gain a lot through this teaching support activity. We also wish the principal, all the teacher and students of Hongyu School to live happily and healthily, work and study to a higher level.

无论是组织学生进行支教活动还是李校来到宏育捐献钱款，无论是精心准备礼物还是发布这篇文章，我们都是想呼吁社会各界各位有爱心的朋友们，能够多多关注农村学校的生活环境和教育情况，在自己力所能及的范围内做一些善举，也许是捐款，也许是捐赠书本或者设备，甚至只是去转发、评论、点赞慈善相关的新闻和消息——这都是表达自己对这个社会的善意的方式。

我们都明白，这个世界不是完美的，有光照不到的暗处，也有满布灰尘的角落，但只要我们用善作针，以爱为线，一针一线缝缝补补，幸福会平等地降临在每个人的心中。

We all understand that this world is not perfect. There are dark places where light cannot reach and corners full of dust, but as long as we use kindness as a needle and love as a thread, we can mend them one by one. Eventually, and happiness will come to us equally.
