What is Social-Emotional Learning?

Social-Emotional Learning refers to the process by which students acquire and apply the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to understand and manage emotions, set positive goals, demonstrate empathy for others, establish positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.

SEL is about nurturing the whole child, helping them not only excel academically but also grow into thoughtful, compassionate, and capable individuals.
