渠老师和中学部的老师们一起,把《高效能人士的七个习惯》变成了孩子们的小剧场,每个班级都变身导演组,编剧、场控、演员……一本书就是一个高能片场。

渠老师将分座位这件事情交给了班长,当孩子还一脸懵的时候,她已经走出了教室。“这可是他大展身手的时候,如果我啥都插一嘴,那孩子们怎么学会自己拿主意呢?”
“我们班20个同学,个个有头衔!”渠老师说,这可不是让孩子们装模作样,而是让他们真刀真枪地干点事儿。
卫生管理有卫生委员负责,环创有宣传委员负责,体育课有体育委员带队,就连班级里的四盆花也有它们的领导——“花长”也就是种植委员。
在一个人人都是“领导层”的班级,责任的意义在那些站出来的瞬间里,正在发生。
物理课堂上,刚刚掌握并联和串联电路知识点的同学们,看到PPT上“你的人生和你父母的人生,是并联电路还是串联电路?”这个问题又开始挠头思考。
“小时候,我们就像串联电路,紧紧依附着父母,他们是我们成长的能量源。但长大了,我们就变成并联电路了,我们的问题就是我们自己的,我们得学会独立解决生活中的各种挑战。”David Zhu说。
渠老师继续引导:“那么,你们觉得在电路中,哪个部件最像你们在生活中的角色?是发光发热的灯泡、提供能量的电池、连接一切的电线,还是掌控开关的开关?”
“我觉得自己像灯泡,能给周围的人带来光明!”
“我像电池,随时准备给朋友们充电!”
“我嘛,更像是开关,控制着自己的节奏,不让任何人随意关掉我的激情!”
渠老师看着孩子们的讨论,心中暗自高兴。她知道,这些讨论和思考,比电路图上的任何一条线路都要重要。

From hygiene management overseen by the hygiene committee to environmental creation led by the publicity committee, and even the four potted plants in the classroom under the care of the "Plant Chief" or planting committee, every role is significant.
In a class where everyone is part of the "leadership," the significance of responsibility becomes evident in the moments when they step up.
In the physics classroom, students who have just grasped the concepts of parallel and series circuits are once again pondering as they see the question on the PPT: "Is your life and your parents' life a parallel circuit or a series circuit?"
"When we were young, we were like a series circuit, closely dependent on our parents, who were our source of energy for growth. But as we grow up, we become a parallel circuit. Our problems are our own, and we must learn to independently tackle the various challenges in life," David Zhu explains.
Ms. Qu further guides the discussion: "So, which part of the circuit do you think most resembles your role in life? Are you the light bulb that emits light and heat, the battery that provides energy, the wire that connects everything, or the switch that controls the flow?"
"I feel like I'm the light bulb, bringing brightness to those around me!"
"I'm like the battery, always ready to energize my friends!"
