CCIS员工培训

CCIS是一个重视安全及确保学生身心健康的校园。我们的员工定期接受急救培训以确保知道如何在紧急情况开始的数分钟内做出应急管理，直至救护人员（120）赶到现场接手。

CCIS is a campus that values safety and ensures the healthy development of the whole-being of our students. Our staff receive first aid training on a regular basis, ensuring that they know how to respond and apply first aid within the first few minutes when an emergency happens, while waiting for the ambulance (120) to arrive at the scene to take over.

内容包括：急救基础，医疗急诊，受伤急诊，环境急诊，成人心肺复苏，AED使用，婴幼儿CPR，包括儿童和婴儿梗塞处理。

The training includes: first aid, medical emergency, injury emergency, environmental emergency, adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation, AED use, child CPR, infant CPR which includes children and infant choking treatment.

目前学校内班导师、宿管员工还有应急小组部分成员参与了培训。接受了专业急救技能培训后，大家的安全意识提高了，之前的一些错误认知被纠正了。

Currently, all class tutors, dormitory staff, some teachers and members of the emergency team have undergone the training. After the completion of the professional first aid training, our safety awareness has improved, and some previous misconceptions have been corrected. 

在通过测试后，获训的员工都获得了急救员认证。CCIS还会持续提供这样的专业培训给老师及员工，来确保每个学生在校园内都是受到专业且及时的保护。

Trained staff are certified as first responders after passing the test. CCIS will constantly provide professional training to teachers and staff, to ensure that every student receive professional and timely aid at CCIS campus.
