In order to help the students better understand the purpose and and contents, the ECA coordinator gave a passionate presentation and hoped that like-minded students could team up and work together.

想象不到的多才多艺/ Surprising talents

相较于上学年的ECA，本学年增加了更多的趣味性、互动性与探索性，动静相宜。

Compared with last school year, ECAs in this school year have incorporated more elements of interest, interaction, and exploration with a fitting combination of movement and stillness.

运动类ECA一直是我们最受欢迎、种类最多的课程，不仅有助于身体健康，也可以帮助学生们建立团队精神，发展领导力，以及掌握处理压力的技巧。在康礼，运动类ECA有篮球、网球、羽毛球、排球等球类运动，还有慢跑、高强度间歇训练(HIIT)等。无论你是追求团队合作精神的孩子，或是喜欢个人挑战的孩子，都能在这里找到自己的位置。尤其在今年，我校与金强蓝鲸俱乐部达成合作，职业教练将加入我们的ECA课堂，让篮球训练更加专业化，帮助同学们实现个人技巧与团队配合的进阶。

Athletics has been the most popular and diverse ECAS as not only is it good for health but also conducive to building students’ team spirit and leadership, and mastering stress management skills. In Cogdel School Chengdu, althletics has ball sports like basketball, tennis, badminton and volleyball, jogging and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), etc. Whether you're a child who pursues team spirit or enjoyr personal challenges, you'll find your place here. Especially in this year, our school cooperates with the Jinqiang Blue Whales Club, and the professional coaches of the Blue Whales Club will join our ECA classes to make basketball training more professional and help the students improve their individual skills and teamwork.

如果你想要训练你的逻辑思维，可以选择Bob老师的狼人杀课程和Clark老师的国际象棋课程。通过狼人杀，不仅可以训练批判性思维，还能提升口头表达能力，从内向害羞的i人到逻辑满分、口若悬河的e人，你只差一个狼人杀ECA。当然，你也可以选择在64方黑白格间进攻、威胁、牵制，运筹帷幄、大杀四方。

If you wold like to train your logical thinking, you can choose Mr. Bob's Werewolf ECA and Mr. Clark's Chess ECA. Not only can Werewolf train your logical thinking, but also improve your verbal skills. To transform yourself from introverted i personality type to logical and eloquent e personality type, all you need is just Werevolf ECA. Of course you can also choose Chess ECA to learn winning strategies and train your logical thinking skills by attacks, threats and containment on the chess board with 64 black and white squares..

对于那些希望安静下来，寻找内心平静的孩子们，我们提供《红楼梦解析》和硬笔书法ECA。在这些课程中，你可以深入探索中国的经典文学，或者通过书法的艺术形式来表达自己的创造力。

For those who wish to calm down and find inner peace, we offer Interpretation of a Dream of Red Mansions and Calligraphy with Pens. In these ECAs, you can delve deeper into classic Chinese literature or express your creativity through the artistic form of calligraphy.

如果你热爱艺术，我们有Dexi老师专业的作品集指导ECA；如果你是零基础，那也没关系，我们还提供数码油画课程，帮助你快速上手，发掘你的艺术潜能。你甚至可以跟随Ms. Monica在学校学习国家级非物质文化遗产之一的“抖空竹”，是运动与艺术的完美结合。

If you love art, Ms. Dexi offers professional portfolio guidance ECA; If you are a beginner, we also offer digital oil painting courses to help you get started quickly and tap your artistic potential. You can even follow Ms. Monica to learn one of the national intangible cultural heritages, "Spin a Diabolo"，which is a perfect combination of sports and art.

音乐爱好者也不会失望。我们有Adam和Frank领衔的两大乐队ECA，不管你是喜欢摇滚还是爵士，都能在这里找到自己的舞台。

Music lovers will not be upset as we have two bands led by Adam and Frank. Whether you like rock or jazz, you can find your own stage here.

慢下来，用心“看” /Slow down and “see” it with your heart

让生活慢下来，手作是一种常见的方式。

在科学老师的课堂里，它变成了认识植物、培育植物、观察植物。

在艺术老师的课堂里，它变成了创造色彩、应用色彩、搭配色彩。

Doing things by hand is a common way to slow down your life.

In a science teacher’s class, it is to know, cultivate and observe plants.

In an art teacher’s class, it is to create, apply and match color.

在芣苢农场里，孩子们齐心协力把Stone 老师和 Mark老师托付的葡萄等植物小心翼翼的种下，期待着他们的成长与变化。

在美术教室里，孩子们在Judith老师的指导下，用绳结和染料，渲染着一个个靛蓝色的梦。

On the farm, the children work together to plant the grapes and other plants entrusted by Mr. Stone and Mr. Mark carefully, looking forward to their growth and change.

In the art classroom, under the guidance of Ms. Judith, the children used knots and dyes to render indigo dreams.

当风吹过农场的植物，拂过晾晒的染布，在校园里我们感受着“慢生活”的恬静与从容。

When the wind blows over the plants on the farm and the dyed cloth being hung, we feel the quiet and calm of "slow life" on campus.
