康“礼”志愿者助力2023成都外籍人才招聘会|讲述非遗文化故事

近日，成都康礼学校学生作为四川省文化馆志愿服务支队的志愿者参与了由成都市科学技术局主办的“2023成都外籍人才招聘会”的双语志愿服务工作。为外籍人才介绍四川非遗项目，讲述非遗背后的文化故事。

此次活动是在国际城市设计产业中心举行，旨在搭建“共享国际人才”平台，实现人才链、产业链、创新链、金融链的深度融合、交互增值，进一步提升外籍人才服务水平，为各类外籍人才汇聚成都拓展新通道，加快凝聚具有国际竞争力的人才队伍，构建起蓉城海外高端人才资源体系新格局，此次活动吸引了来自英国、德国、意大利、法国、韩国、巴基斯坦、印度等近50个国家的求职人员近300人。

招聘会现场还设置了文化体验互动区，集聚了画糖人、投壶、新繁棕编等传统文化体验活动，这也是我校学生志愿者负责提供双语服务的板块。用英语讲述中国文化是培养学生文化自信的方式之一，符合我校培养“根植中国传统文化的世界公民”教育理念。康礼学子以流利的英文和亲善的志愿者服务态度给外国友人留下深刻的印象。

做根植中国传统文化的世界公民

“指向那个生肖，就可以画出来，太神奇了！”说起文化体验，从事技术产业方面工作的Joao有着浓厚兴趣。他说，这种形式非常新颖，既可以找工作，又可以体验中国的文化。“这种形式体验活动是在向我们这样的外国人分享一些有趣的文化，我非常喜欢这种友好包容的感觉。”

接下来，在四川省文化馆文旅志愿服务支队的指导下，成都康礼学校将正式成立康礼学生志愿者团队，涵盖小学、初中和高中的学生，给大家提供更多的志愿者服务平台和机会，培养强烈的社会责任感，让同学们在实践中提升自己，培养孩子们解决问题的能力，为营造传承中华文明的浓厚社会氛围，贡献“文旅志愿者”的力量。

Recently, students from Cogdel School Chengdu participated in the bilingual volunteer service of the "2023 Job Fair for Foreigners in Chengdu" organized by the Chengdu Science and Technology Bureau as volunteers of the Sichuan Provincial Cultural Center Volunteer Service. Introducing Sichuan intangible cultural heritage projects to foreigners and telling the cultural stories behind intangible cultural heritage were voluntary tasks of Codgel students.

This event was held at the International Urban Design Industry Center, aiming to build a "shared international talent" platform, achieve deep integration and interactive value-added talent chain, industry chain, innovation chain, and financial chain, further improve the service level of foreign talents, expand new channels for various foreign talents to gather in Chengdu, accelerate the gathering of internationally competitive talent teams, and build a new pattern of overseas high-end talent resource system in Chengdu, This event attracted nearly 300 job seekers from nearly 50 countries, including the UK, Germany, Italy, France, South Korea, Pakistan, India, etc.

At the job fair, an interactive cultural experience area was also arranged, gathering traditional cultural experience activities such as drawing sugar figurines, pouring pots, and Xinfan crocheting with palm leaves. This was also the div where Cogdel student volunteers provided bilingual services. Telling Chinese culture in English is one of the ways to cultivate students' cultural confidence, which is in line with our school's educational philosophy of cultivating "world citizens rooted in traditional Chinese culture". Cogdel students have left a deep impression on foreign friends with their fluent English and friendly volunteer service attitude.

He said that this form is very novel, which can not only find jobs but also experience Chinese culture. This form of experiential activity is to share some interesting culture with foreigners like us, and I like this kind of friendly and inclusive feeling.

Next, with the guidance of the Cultural and Tourism Volunteer Service Detachment of the Sichuan Provincial Cultural Centre, Cogdel School Chengdu will officially establish a student volunteer team, covering students from primary, middle, and high schools. It will provide more volunteer service platforms and opportunities for everyone, cultivate a strong sense of social responsibility, enable students to improve in practice, cultivate their problem-solving abilities, create a strong social atmosphere for inheriting Chinese civilization, and contribute to the power of "cultural and tourism volunteers".
