In late November of 2023, a meaningful educational journey began at Cogdel School Chengdu. Mr. Shu Wang, the chairman of Cogdel Education Group and the chairman of Chengdu Cogdel School’s board, traveled to the United Kingdom to visit Cogdel graduates studying there. Even though they left their alma mater, Mr. Wang Shu still cares deeply about the their lives and studies. He hopes that through this visit, he can personally understand their needs and difficulties and provide them with the necessary help and support.

Members of the Cogdel family gathered in London. Freya is currently studying at Imperial College London and enjoys her studies and life there. Lucy is also doing well in her studies at University College London. Vivi, who also studies at University College London, has performed well in her new learning journey and always puts on a smile. In a foreign country, the students maintain a positive attitude to embrace the challenges in life, at which Mr. Wang Shu is gratified.
While chatting with the Cogdel family, Mr. Wang Shu shared his experience and insights in education, and provided valuable guidance and advice to those present. He encouraged everyone to maintain a positive attitude, face challenges with courage, and work hard to achieve their dreams. After communicating with Cogdel family, Chairman Wang Shu further understood their needs and expectations, providing the school with more specific and effective service directions. He said that the school will continue to pay attention to and support students studying abroad, and provide them with better education and care.
Mr. Mark Coggins, the head of the UK office of Cogdel School Chengdu, also joined the Cogdel family and shared his experience and knowledge to help them understand the UK better. He encouraged everyone to experience and learn about British culture and life while studying, and expressed his willingness to help them at any time.
