In this era where families place increasing emphasis on their children's education, international education has become the priority for many parents. The Southwest region, as an emerging highland of international education, has seen a significant growth trend in the market share of international courses such as SAT and AP in recent years.

On December 13th (Friday), the 2024 Southwest China SAT/AP Teachers Conference will be held at Chengdu Montpellier International School (MIS) to promote professional exchange and cooperation among SAT and AP teachers in the region and share the latest teaching resources and exam dynamics.

As an officially authorized school for SAT and AP exams, MIS will be in charge of this event, which not only demonstrates the organizer College Board's recognition but also reflects the achievements of the Great-China International Education Group in the field of international education.

We are inviting management leaders from international schools and providers of the SAT/AP education field to participate in this event. They are not only explorers of the curriculum but also practitioners who face and solve students’ challenges and disseminators of excellent SAT/AP educational resources.

At the conference, Carol Choong (Ms. Lin), Senior Director of College Board Asia-Pacific, will share the latest SAT/AP exam dynamics on behalf of the official body, covering international exam trends, official teaching resources, preparation advice, and future development directions, providing teachers with authoritative information and professional guidance. This will not only enhance the professional quality of SAT/AP teachers and college counselors but also provide comprehensive official resources to promote teacher career development, thereby more effectively providing students with high-quality teaching and study abroad guidance.

In the roundtable session, principals from several AP schools will discuss their experiences with the AP curriculum, share successful cases in project management and teaching practice, and engage in in-depth exchanges with participants on potential problems and challenges, promoting mutual learning and experience sharing among schools.

The group discussion session will be grouped by subject category, with each group led by experienced teachers to delve into topics such as teaching difficulties, successful cases, and preparation strategies. Through interdisciplinary exchange and cooperation, teachers will share teaching experiences, jointly improve teaching quality, and provide students with higher-quality educational services.
