妈妈说，从今年9月，我就上学了。我是学校最小的学生，我第一次离开家，进入到一个陌生的环境，我有些紧张、焦虑和无助，因为第一次离开家，没有爸爸妈妈的陪伴我内心还是有一丢丢失落，时不时还要哭一场来找妈妈。当然，进入新的学校，我还有欣喜和激动。当看到老师和童鞋时，似曾相识，就这样我成为了幼儿园大家庭的一份子。

对于刚刚进入幼儿园的我来说，我要先认识自己，认识到自己已经长大了，已离开温暖的港湾进入到幼儿园学习，我将在这里学会交朋友，学本领，度过我愉快的幼儿园生活。

我便开始了第一个主题探究——成长与挑战。

在成长过程中，我发现成长是离开爸爸妈妈自己上学校；发现自己长高了，我不再喝奶粉和带尿不湿，我自己能上洗手间；自己的事情自己做，而且我还可以帮助其他人；成长就是我长大，爸爸妈妈变老的过程。

我和爸爸妈妈一起制作自我介绍的海报，爸爸妈妈还翻出了我在妈妈肚子里的照片，那时的我还不够胳膊那么长，和爸爸妈妈一起看看我的成长变化。

老师会通过故事、角色扮演、逻辑后果、自然后果、冷静太空的方式，让我们去学会解决矛盾和冲突。

我们都长大了，我们都有能量了，我们会用小脑袋思考解决问题，所以当我遇到挑战时，我可以通过手势、寻求同伴帮助的形式来达成目的，我不会再以哭闹的方式去寻求关注，因为我时刻都能感觉到老师对我的爱与关注。我也将会爱我身边的人，让爱传递到世界每一个角落。

We are all grown up, we all have energy, we will use our small heads to think and solve problems, so when I encounter challenges, I can achieve my goals through gestures and seeking help from peers.
