In our UOI sessions, teachers will guide the children into the magical world of food. Using culinary picture books, the children will step into a fairy tale, where each page sparks a delightful collision of taste buds and imagination.

在美食UOI课堂上，老师引领小朋友们进入美食的奇妙世界。透过美食绘本，小朋友们仿佛置身于一个飘香的童话故事中，每一页的描绘都是一次味蕾和想象力的奇妙碰撞。

Bringing these dishes to life, the kids will personally craft onigiri and tea eggs, join together for dumpling feasts – with each dish being a fusion of their minds and skills, resulting in a full-sensory experience of culinary delights.

我们还将绘本中的美食变成现实，小朋友们亲手制作饭团、茶叶蛋，一起吃饺子，每一道都是他们心灵和手艺的结晶，也是他们对美食的全身心感知。

Education isn't confined to the classroom; it extends into the community. With this in mind, we will organize real world experiential excursions focused on exploring the world of flavors. The children are going to visit a Cantonese restaurant to sample local delicacies, immersing themselves in the unique culinary culture of the region.

They will also step into the role of budding pastry chefs at Starbucks, gaining firsthand experience in the culinary creation process and pushing the boundaries of creativity.

教育不仅限于教室内，更可以延伸至社区。为此，我们组织了探寻美食的外出活动。小朋友们前往茶楼品尝一盅两件，欣赏和体验广府地区独特的饮食文化；在星巴克成为小小甜品师，亲身体验美食的制作过程，挑战创意和手艺的边界。

The winter sunshine, warm and inviting, creates the perfect setting for physical exercise. In the daily fitness activities at camp, the students will engage in various training sessions led by our fitness teacher, experiencing the pleasure of movement amidst laughter and cheerful camaraderie.

冬日的阳光暖洋洋，是锻炼身体的最佳时期。在每天的体适能活动里，小朋友们跟随体能老师进行不同的体能训练，在欢声笑语中感受运动的乐趣。

This adventurous journey will explore the domains of knowledge, creativity, and health. Amidst the laughter, children not only derive strength but can also embrace the enchantment of culinary arts with genuine enthusiasm. Fueled by curiosity and a love for the unknown, they  will emerge as radiant stars in this winter's constellation.
