港大-加州大学伯克利分校双学位项目是一个四年制双学位项目,学生将分别在香港大学及加州大学伯克利分校学习2年时间,并在毕业时获得双文学学位或文学+社会科学双学位。


该项目往年全球仅录取8人,申请过程有独立的评估及文书要求,并不是简单的加州大学申请或香港大学申请,同时要求学生能够达到加州大学伯克利分校的录取标准,几乎没有“曲线救国”的机会。

The University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley), the founding campus of the University of California system, is established in 1868. It is one of the top public research universities in the world and has a particularly high reputation in academia.


As of October 2020, 110 Nobel Prize, 14 Fields Medal and 25 Turing Award have been awarded to UC Berkeley alumni, professors and researchers. UC Berkeley has cultivated a large number of talents for Silicon Valley, including Intel founder Gordon Moore, Apple founder Steve Wozniak, Tesla founder Mark Tarpenning, etc.

HKU-UC Berkeley Dual Degree Programme


The HKU-UC Berkeley Dual Degree Programme is a four-year dual degree programme. Students will study in the University of Hong Kong and the University of California, Berkeley for 2 years respectively, and graduate with dual degrees of Bachelor of Arts or one in Bachelor of Arts and one in Bachelor of Social Sciences.  


In the past, only 8 people have been admitted to this programme worldwide. The application process has independent evaluation and document requirements. It is not a simple application to the University of California or the University of Hong Kong. Students are required to meet the admission standards of the University of California, Berkeley. There are no shortcuts in the application.

The IB advocates holistic education. The unique ATT (approach to teaching) and ATL (approach to learning) of the IB curriculum both point to developing students' metacognitive strategies and encouraging inquiry learning. The DP core comprises Theory of Knowledge (TOK), the Extended Essay (EE) and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS). TOK focuses on cultivating students' critical thinking, EE improves students' academic research and writing skills, and CAS aims to deepen students' ability through participating in drama, music, sports and community service activities in self-awareness, self-determination, collaboration, and accomplishment. The DP core helps the students integrate arts, sciences, humanities, and technological literacy and create a better and peaceful world by serving the community. The ISA Wenhua GZFLS IBDP Programme adheres to the advanced education philosophies of ISA and IB and is staffed with top-level teaching team and university counselling (UC) team. All from the experienced and dedicated teaching team and UC team graduated from world-renowned universities, nearly 100% of them have a master's degree or above, and more than 85% of them graduated from the top 50 universities in the world. All subjects have international teachers, with an average teaching experience of more than 16 years.
