AIC successfully held a three-way conference last Friday. The conference fully reflected the core principles of IB education and showcased its unique model of cooperation between family and school. The three-way conference brought together students, parents, and teachers in a collaborative setting, thereby strengthening the ties and communication within the AIC learner community.

The three-way conference is a unique component of the International Baccalaureate (IB) education system, emphasizing collaboration and communication among students, parents, and teachers. This meeting format breaks away from traditional parent-teacher conferences by transforming into a multi-faceted interactive platform. Here, students take a leading role in their educational process.


At AIC, students lead the discussion during these conferences, expressing their views directly, sharing their achievements and challenges, and receiving feedback and suggestions from parents and teachers. This approach effectively promotes students' autonomy and sense of responsibility, giving them greater insight into and control over their educational paths. At the same time, parents gain a deeper understanding of the school's educational methods and their child's learning status.
