根据学校近期分班考试的成绩，结合学校班级设置和学生的实际情况，为更加有效地因材施教，现对我校5-11年级新老生进行分班，请大家根据学生中文姓名+出生日期，进行查询。（如张三+2012-04-12）

每个学生分班查询结果后面均会有班级钉钉群号，为方便后续的家校沟通，请家长务必及时加入班级群（个别情况下钉钉群名的年级会有所出入，请根据群号放心加入）。谢谢！

我校原在读七年级、八年级、十年级老生以及幼儿园-四年级新老生分班已提前完成，个别分班调整由班主任单独通知，不参与此次查询。

住宿学生入校时间：

9月1日下午14:00-17:30

住宿生到校办理宿舍入住手续，

与孩子共度温馨时光，一同回顾假期的点点滴滴。从书海的遨游到旅行的奇遇，从宁静的休憩到欢乐的相聚，共同编织成一幅幅温馨的记忆画卷。鼓励孩子分享成长的喜悦，表达遗憾与不足，让孩子在反思中成长，也让家长更加了解孩子的内心世界。

针对孩子可能出现的上学焦虑或恐惧心理，家长需耐心倾听，理解孩子的感受，并通过沟通找到问题根源。给予孩子积极的鼓励和支持，必要时可寻求专业心理咨询师的帮助。同时，采取渐进式的方式帮助孩子调整心态，逐步减少娱乐活动，增加学习时间，让心灵在不知不觉中回归校园的节奏，减轻开学前的心理负担。

引导孩子逐步调整作息时间，与学校生活接轨。共同制定一个合理的作息时间表，包括起床、睡觉、学习、运动等各个环节。从晨光初照到夜幕降临，每一刻都充满意义。坚持规律的作息，不仅能让身体得到充分休息，更能在心灵上为新学期的挑战蓄满能量。

提醒孩子检查假期作业或者综合实践活动任务的完成情况，及时查漏补缺，尽可能给每一项任务都画上圆满的句号。同时，共同展望新学期，制定清晰的学习目标和计划，如提高特定科目的成绩、参与课外活动或培养新兴趣等，以激发孩子的学习动力和积极性，让每一步都走得坚定而有力。

引导孩子在温故而知新中前行。回顾上学期的知识点，巩固基础；同时，以轻松的心态适度预习新学期内容，但要注意控制预习的广度和深度，避免孩子因提前深入学习而失去对新知识的好奇心和学习兴趣。

避免操之过急：不要突然给孩子施加过多压力，以免引发抵触情绪，应逐步增加学习任务，让孩子逐渐适应学习节奏。

拒绝强制：尊重孩子的兴趣和选择，不要强行遏制他们的娱乐活动。通过沟通和引导，让孩子自愿减少娱乐时间，增加学习时间。

温和鼓励：面对孩子的不足和错误，采用温和而坚定的态度进行鼓励和指导。避免严厉责骂，以免伤害孩子的自尊心和自信心。

Residential students will arrive at the campus to check in the dormitory and bring all their daily necessities to the dormitory.

(2) Junior high school students should prepare the below stationeries:

(3)High school students should prepare the below stationeries:

Spend a warm time with your child and look back on your holiday together. It allows children to grow in reflection and parents to understand more about their children's inner world.

In response to the anxiety or fear of going to school that a child may have, parents need to listen patiently, understand the child's feelings, and find the root cause of the problem through communication.

Guide your child to gradually adjust his/her routine to school life. Work together to develop a reasonable schedule that includes waking up, going to bed, studying, and exercising.

Remind your child to check the completion of his/her holiday homework or integrated practical activity tasks, so that he/she can make up for the gaps in time and bring each task to a successful conclusion as far as possible.

Moderate pre-reading of new term content in a relaxed frame of mind, but take care to control the breadth and depth of your pre-reading.

Do not suddenly put too much pressure on your child to avoid triggering resistance, but gradually increase the learning tasks so that your child can gradually adapt to the pace of learning.
