The Mid-Autumn Festival, a traditional Chinese celebration, embodies the ideas of reunion and harmony. It is traditional at this time for family and friends to gather and admire the full moon while enjoying delicious mooncakes. On this auspicious occasion, ISA wishes you a joyful Mid-Autumn Festival filled with family reunion and happiness.

ISA offers multicultural campus environments that facilitate cross-cultural exchange between East and West. Our Chinese language courses, teaching methods, learning resources, and campus activities enable students to acquire listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Chinese, as well as immerse themselves in Chinese culture. Through activities centred around traditional Chinese festivals including the Mid-Autumn Festival, ISA students can immerse themselves in traditional Chinese culture. By organising a series of vibrant campus events, ISA encourages students, parents, and teachers to engage and interact, fostering a warm and harmonious campus community where students thrive in an environment of care and support.

通过中秋节这样的中国传统节日活动,爱莎学子能够沉浸式体验传统文化的魅力,同时,通过组织一系列丰富的校园节日活动,爱莎让学生、家长、老师共同参与互动,共建温馨和谐的校园社区文化,加强所有校园社区成员之间的联系,让学生在关爱和支持中茁壮成长。






Mid-Autumn Festival Celebrations

在爱莎欢庆中秋





This Mid-Autumn Festival, a variety of activities were held at ISA campuses. The Mid-Autumn Garden Party featured students, teachers, and parents in traditional Hanfu, engaging in various activities. They made lacquer fans, guessed lantern riddles, played the Jade Rabbit Carrot Fishing game, and learnt bean painting. Each activity offered its own fun and challenges. The Mid-Autumn performances included a classic Cantonese opera, a creative blend of lion dance and contemporary dance, musical performances, English recitations, etc, showcasing ISA students’ talents and confidence. And Mid-Autumn Festival Fashion Show: the ‘models’ showed their style and confidence on stage, not only displaying the charm of traditional Chinese clothing, but also reflecting ISA students’ understanding and innovation of fashion.

此次中秋佳节,爱莎各校纷纷举办丰富的活动庆祝中秋,有中秋游园活动:身穿汉服的学生、家长、以及老师体验不同活动,制作漆扇、猜灯谜、玉兔钓萝卜、豆子贴画……各种活动带来不同乐趣与挑战。中秋庆典表演:经典粤剧演绎、醒狮与舞蹈、音乐剧、英文朗诵……无不展示爱莎学生的多才多艺与自信从容。中秋古装秀:“模特们”在舞台上尽情展示着他们的风采和自信,不仅彰显了中国传统服饰文化的魅力,而且体现了爱莎学生对时尚的理解和创新。

There were also parent-teacher interaction sessions, where families gathered to discuss academics and education. Parents had the opportunity to meet teachers face-to-face, gaining deeper insights into their children’s learning and the detailed curriculum.

更有家校交流环节:家校欢聚共话学术与教育,家长可与教师面对面交流,深入了解孩子的学习状态以及细致的课程与教学内容介绍。

Additionally, students independently designed and organised a Mid-Autumn market, encouraging every ISA student to actively participate in traditional cultural exchanges. Every Mid-Autumn activity at ISA was filled with joy, allowing students to experience the charm of traditional culture in a festive atmosphere, while bringing the ISA community together to create wonderful memories for every student.

以及学生全自主设计并组织的中秋集市:让每一位爱莎学子深入参与到传统文化交流的活动中来,激发爱莎学子的创新能力和想象力。爱莎各校区的中秋活动洋溢着浓浓的中秋喜悦,让学生在欢乐的节日气氛中感受传统文化的魅力,也让爱莎社区成员欢聚在一起,在互动和交流中为爱莎学子的成长编织美好的回忆。














As we move forward, ISA will continue to promote the integration of traditional culture with international education. We hope every student will prosper in our multicultural environment, becoming global citizens with broad perspectives and deep cultural heritage.
