At the CEP Middle School Student Union of Hua Wai Tongwen Foreign Languages School, we uphold the mission of "serving the growth of our peers." We provide a platform for self-service, self-management, and self-learning. Students from Class 802 (Chen Ziyang ), Class 804 (Fu Xiao), and Class 806 (Zhou Tian and Cheng Haohuang)were actively involved in the entire process of the new student Union recruitment. As participants and recorders, they documented the front and backstage moments of the event through their writing.

作为宣传部的一员，我在此次招新活动中参与了展板的设计与制作。我们团队集思广益，从构思创意到绘制草图，再到最终成品的呈现，每一步都倾注了我们的心血。我们力求展板既能传达学生会的精神，又能吸引同学们的眼球。在制作过程中，我不仅提升了设计技能，还学会了如何更好地与团队协作。看到展板展出后吸引了众多同学的关注，我感到非常自豪。

进班宣讲：与新生面对面

在第六周的学生会例会上，老师宣布了进班宣讲的名单，而其中正好有我。兴奋、紧张、迫不及待的心情交织着我。要怎么说呢？万一中途忘词了怎么办？我头脑不断预想。“傅晓悦”一声脆响，把我拉回到讲台。经过一中午的培训和排练，晚上我们走进七年级的各个教室，满怀热情地向新同学们介绍学生会的宗旨、各部门职能以及招新的要求。宣讲并没有我想象中那样严肃，甚至在介绍部门时还和台下的七年级的学弟学妹们开起了玩笑。我们详细解释了学生会是如何作为学校与学生之间的重要桥梁，并分享了自己在学生会的经历，希望能够激发新同学们的兴趣。整个过程充满了互动与交流，让我们感受到了新同学们的热情与对加入学生会的期待。

招新路演：点燃热情的时刻

招新路演是在饭堂门口进行的，那里人流量大，是吸引新生注意力的好地方。我们设置了展位，摆放了宣传海报和传单，准备好了关于学生会的详细介绍材料。当同学们走过时，我们会热情地向他们介绍学生会的特色，吸引他们加入我们这个大家庭。许多同学对加入学生会表现出了浓厚的兴趣，纷纷驻足询问详情。学生会的老成员们耐心回答了每一个问题，鼓励大家积极报名参加面试。在这个过程中，我们看到了同学们的热情与好奇，也感受到了他们对未来参与学生会活动的期待。招新路演不仅是我们展示学生会风采的机会，也是与新生建立联系的重要时刻。

面试环节：逐梦启航

周二和周四晚自习时间，学生会面试准时开始了。学生会成员在老师的帮助下积极准备，布置场地，等待面试开始。新生逐渐落座，由学生会成员进行面试前宣讲，简述面试流程和进入学生会的意义。有做演讲准备的新生用演示文稿进行展示，接下来分部门来到面试区，接受面试官提问。新生认真细致，面试官们严谨负责，会场中弥漫着严肃紧张的氛围。面试结束后，各位学生会成员整理表格，对各学生进行了初步评估，考虑录取成果。自此，学生会招新活动告一段落。整个招新活动充满了挑战与机遇，让我们共同见证了新生的力量。

学生会往日风采回眸

作为一个紧密联系学校的桥梁和纽带，我们开展了一系列丰富多彩的课外活动和社会服务，不断推动校园文化的繁荣与发展。

As a bridge and link between the school and students, we organize a variety of enriching extracurricular activities and community services, continuously promoting the prosperity and development of campus culture.

光盘行动是由学生会发起的一项旨在倡导节约粮食的公益活动。学生会成员作为志愿者，在食堂内发放宣传资料，鼓励同学们珍惜食物，减少浪费。通过监督用餐情况，我们鼓励大家积极参与清盘行动，共同营造一种节俭的就餐氛围。

The Clean Plate Campaign, initiated by the student Union, aims to promote food savings. Student Union members volunteer to distribute materials in the cafeteria, encouraging students to cherish food and reduce waste. By monitoring meal consumption, we encourage active participation in the clean plate initiative, fostering a dining atmosphere of thrift.

在运动会期间，学生会成员们积极参与裁判助理、赛道执勤、班级大本营卫生及纪律检查等工作，确保比赛秩序良好，为同学们提供周到的服务。运动会不仅是竞技的舞台，更是展现团队精神和服务意识的舞台。

During the sports meet, student Union members actively assist as referee helpers, track monitors, and conduct cleanliness and discipline checks for class camps, ensuring good order and providing thoughtful service to all participants. The sports meet is not just a stage for competition but also a stage to demonstrate team spirit and a sense of service.

在奖学金颁奖典礼上，学生会成员承担了颁奖礼仪的任务，保证颁奖过程的顺利进行。从筹备到实施，每一个细节都彰显出学生会对仪式的重视以及对获奖者的尊重。

At the scholarship award ceremony, student Union members handled the award presentation tasks, ensuring a smooth ceremony. From preparation to execution, every detail reflected the student Union's emphasis on the ceremony and respect for the awardees.

在歌手大赛中，学生会不仅绘制了精美的宣传海报，协助前期宣传工作，还在比赛现场协助拍照，记录下每一个精彩的瞬间。更有干部代表作为决赛评委，为选手们提供专业的评判意见。

In the singing competition, the student Union created beautiful promotional posters and assisted with preliminary publicity. They also helped take photos at the event, capturing every memorable moment. Additionally, Union representatives served as judges in the finals, providing professional feedback to the contestants.

校园导览志愿者们通过招募和培训，成为了校园参观导览的使者。他们文明有礼，传播与展示校园文化与学校教育理念，是优秀的华外代言人，让来访者感受到华外学子的热情与专业。

Campus tour volunteers, recruited and trained, serve as guides for campus visits. They are polite and well-mannered, spreading and showcasing the campus culture and educational philosophy of Hua Wai. These volunteers are excellent representatives who convey the warmth and professionalism of Hua Wai students to visitors.
