Firstly, they delved into the concept that a secure and supportive environment is fundamental for optimal learning and personal development. By exploring the dynamics of their surroundings, they gained a deeper appreciation for the link between their environment and their individual growth.

Secondly, the students explored the difficult relationship between the brain and the body, recognising the pivotal role that the brain plays in regulating emotions, behaviors, and overall well-being. Through age-appropriate activities and discussions, they grasped the significance of caring for both their physical health and mental faculties, fostering a general approach to self-care.
