“新质课堂”引领下,如何让“跨学科实践”在物理教学中绽放光彩?
广州市黄埔区八年级物理教师们齐聚一堂,共同探索这一教育新命题。
其中,华外CEP双语部中学物理老师李丹虹老师通过同课异构的方法,执教了《跨学科实践:探索厨房中的物态变化问题》研讨课,展现了跨学科实践教学的新方法。
Huawai CEP Bilingual Department Secondary School Physics teacher Ms Li Danhong taught the seminar class‘Quality-Oriented Education —— Cross-curricular Program: Exploring State Changes in Kitchen ’through the method of Cross-curricular teaching, which demonstrated the innovative path of interdisciplinary practice teaching.
华外八年物理课堂
走进李丹虹老师的物理课堂,被同学们绘声绘色讲解煮饺子的过程吓一跳,误以为走错了会场!
原来,同学正在通过视频、照片等形式,展示他们在煮饺子过程中观察到的物理中的物态变化,以及如何利用这一现象煮好一盘饺子。课前,李老师引导同学们走进厨房,在父母监督下蒸、煮、炖饺子,观察和分析物态变化的过程,并用视频、照片等方式记录煮饺子的过程。同时带着烹饪过程中观察到的问题,回到课堂进行科学探究。
Walking into Ms Li Danhong's Physics classroom, students were demonstrating, through videos and photos, the change of state of matter in physics they observed during the process of cooking dumplings and how to make use of this phenomenon to cook a good plate of dumplings. Before the lesson, Ms Li guided the students into the kitchen to steam, boil and stew dumplings under the supervision of their parents, to observe and analyse the process of change of state of matter, and to record the process of cooking dumplings with videos and photos. At the same time, they returned to the classroom for scientific investigations with the questions they observed during the cooking process.

学生们根据小组分工合作,在课堂上利用视频讲解分析物态变化,并配合板书展示和讲解,展示他们的发现。在这个过程中,李老师巧妙引出相关物理知识,加深同学们对物态变化的认识。

In the process, Mr Li skilfully introduced relevant physics knowledge to deepen the students' understanding of change of state.

物理课煮饺子是一种创新的教学方法,它将物理知识与日常生活实践相结合,让学生在动手操作的过程中学习和体验物理原理。“跨学科实践”,它鼓励学生将理论知识应用于实际情境,从而更深刻地理解和掌握科学概念。
Students worked in groups according to their division of labour and analysed the change of state of matter in the classroom using video explanations, together with board displays and explanations to demonstrate their findings. In the process, Mr Lee skilfully introduced relevant physics knowledge to deepen the students' understanding of change of state.
课堂上,还进行了非常有意思的“刺身摆盘大比拼”活动。同学们在摆盘的过程中,利用干冰升华过程中“仙气飘飘”的氛围感,为摆盘营造更梦幻的美感。这一环节不仅激发了学生的学习热情,还提升了他们的艺术创作能力、创新能力和语言表达能力。
In the classroom, there was also a very interesting activity called ‘Sashimi Plating Competition’. The students made use of the sublimation of dry ice to create a dreamy aesthetic for their plates. This activity not only stimulated students' enthusiasm for learning, but also enhanced their artistic, creative and expressive abilities.

原来,现在的物理实验都延展到了厨房中,看来以后物理学好了,在煮饭做菜上的表现也不错。
As it turns out, physics experiments are now extended into the kitchen, so it seems that in the future, if you are good at physics, you will be good at cooking.
评课环节
评课环节,华外李敏老师强调,跨学科实践应立足于本学科,将物理知识与日常生活、工程实践、社会发展等主题结合起来,解决真实的现实问题。教师需要正确理解跨学科实践的内容,以实现教学目标。
During the lesson evaluation session, Mr Li Min of Huawai emphasised that interdisciplinary practice should be based on the discipline, combining physics knowledge with themes such as daily life, engineering practice and social development to solve authentic real-life problems. Teachers need to understand the content of interdisciplinary practice correctly in order to achieve the teaching objectives.

This activity not only provided a platform for physics teachers in Huangpu District to learn and exchange ideas, but also injected new vigour into the practical teaching of ‘New Quality Classroom’. Through this activity, teachers discussed how to combine physics knowledge with students' real-life experience, so that students can learn physics in practice and experience the charm of science.
