青春期,就像是这场探险中最激动人心的章节之一,我们的身心都在经历着变化,有时候这些变化可能会让我们感到困惑或是好奇。

华外创新融合部的心理殷老师,作为一位拥有哈佛教育硕士背景的全面型性教育讲师,为I-EP PYP 4-6年级的学生带来一场温暖而富有启发性的成长之旅。

她精心设计的青春期心理和性教育课程,涵盖了生理卫生的基础知识,同时深入探讨情感发展、性别理解和健康人际关系的建设。

殷老师以科学的视角和关怀的语言,带领孩子们一起探索生命的奥秘、理解成长的奇妙,帮助他们从小培养尊重自己与他人的意识,健康、积极地迈向青春期的每一个重要阶段。

Ms. Yin, a comprehensive sex education instructor with a Master’s degree from Harvard, will guide students in grades 4 to 6 on an enlightening and nurturing journey of self-discovery. Her thoughtfully designed puberty and sex education curriculum covers basic physiological health knowledge while also exploring emotional development, gender understanding, and the building of healthy interpersonal relationships. Ms. Yin will lead students with a scientific perspective and compassionate language, helping them explore the mysteries of life, understand the marvels of growth, and cultivate respect for themselves and others as they confidently approach each stage of adolescence.




本学期的课程以循序渐进的方式展开,殷老师为每个年级精心设计了三节课,帮助孩子们逐步了解身体、情绪与成长的奥秘,培养自我尊重与健康的人际关系,勇敢迎接青春期的到来。

The curriculum this semester unfolds progressively, with Ms. Yin designing three sessions for each grade to help students gradually understand the mysteries of their bodies, emotions, and growth. The program aims to foster self-respect, build healthy relationships, and help children embrace the arrival of puberty with courage.

从生命起源开始,培养尊重生命的意识

Where Does Life Come From?


作为课程的开篇,四年级的学生从“生命的起源”开始,探索生命诞生的奥秘。通过互动活动和讨论,孩子们了解人类与其他动物生命诞生的相似与独特之处。课程特别强调“珍爱生命”,帮助孩子们从小培养尊重生命的意识,为未来的生命教育奠定坚实基础。

As the opening session of the curriculum, grade 4 students begin their journey by exploring the origin of life. Through interactive activities and discussions, they learn about the similarities and uniqueness of human life compared to other animals. The course places a special emphasis on “cherishing life,” helping students cultivate an early awareness of respecting both their own lives and the lives of others, laying a solid foundation for future life education.

认识身体,迈出自我认知的第一步

Understanding Our Bodies.


在这一课中,学生们首次接触生殖系统的基本知识,了解男生和女生身体的结构与功能。通过实物教具和生动的视频介绍,孩子们学会准确使用科学语言描述身体的隐私部位,并理解保护自己身体边界的重要性。课堂鼓励孩子们以科学、健康的态度珍惜和爱护自己的身体,迈出自我认知的第一步。

In this lesson, students are introduced to the basic concepts of the reproductive system, learning about the structure and functions of male and female bodies. Through hands-on models and engaging videos, they learn to use scientific language to describe private body parts and understand the importance of protecting their bodily boundaries. The lesson encourages students to value and care for their bodies with a scientific and healthy mindset, taking the first steps toward self-awareness.

接受身体变化,拥抱青春期

Hello, Puberty!


随着生理的变化,五年级的学生开始探索青春期的初步阶段。课堂通过实物教具和讨论,引导孩子们认识青春期的自然生理变化,了解男生遗精和女生月经的常见现象。课程不仅解答了他们对身体变化的疑惑,也帮助他们学会接受身体的变化,积极拥抱即将到来的青春期。

As students begin experiencing physiological changes, grade 5 explores the early stages of puberty. Using hands-on models and discussions, students learn about the natural physical changes of puberty, including common phenomena like male nocturnal emissions and female menstruation. This lesson not only addresses students’ concerns about their bodies but also helps them embrace and accept these changes, preparing them to face the challenges of puberty with positivity.

性不仅是生理现象,更关乎尊重与责任

The Brainstorm about Sex.


六年级的课程进入更深入的讨论,学生们通过头脑风暴活动探讨“性”这一话题。殷老师以科学的视角,帮助学生澄清性教育中的常见误解,强调性不仅是生理现象,更关乎尊重与责任。课堂氛围开放包容,孩子们在轻松愉快的氛围中完成了对“性”话题的脱敏,学会以更加理智、健康的态度面对未来的挑战。

The grade 6 session delves deeper into discussions around the topic of sex. Through brainstorming activities, students are encouraged to explore common misconceptions about sex. Ms. Yin helps clarify that sex is not just a biological phenomenon, but also a matter of respect and responsibility. The classroom atmosphere is open and inclusive, allowing students to feel comfortable while they desensitize themselves to the topic of sex, learning to approach future challenges with a healthy and rational attitude.


全面型性教育不仅仅包括生理卫生和防性侵教育,它更关注孩子们的心理发展、人格塑造和价值观培养。

大量研究表明,系统的性教育能够为儿童青少年提供准确、适龄的知识和技能,帮助他们树立积极的价值观,进而做出负责任的决策,应对成长过程中遇到的各种挑战和困惑。

Comprehensive sex education is not just about physiological health and sexual abuse prevention. It is also about children’s psychological development, personality building, and the cultivation of values. Extensive research shows that systematic sex education equips children and adolescents with accurate, age-appropriate knowledge and skills, helping them develop positive values that enable responsible decision-making and effectively navigate the challenges and confusions they face during their growth.


随着课程的深入,未来的内容将继续关注青春期的身体与心理变化,除了帮助孩子们理解和接受这些变化,我们还将重点培养他们的情绪调节能力、建立健康的人际关系,以及对性别和社会刻板印象的认识。孩子们将在这一过程中更加自信、理智地应对青春期的挑战,学会在复杂的社会环境中做出成熟的决策。

As the program progresses, future lessons will continue to focus on both the physical and emotional changes of puberty. In addition to helping students understand and accept these changes, we will emphasize emotional regulation, building healthy relationships, and understanding gender and societal stereotypes. Through this process, students will become more confident and rational, learning to navigate the challenges of adolescence and make mature decisions in a complex social environment.
