在本次比赛中担任评委的嘉宾有高一年级长王东恒老师，公民与社会发展科组长何国成老师，学生会王夫宇老师，学生会主席邓潇潇同学。

高一各班代表依次上台进行演讲，同学们不仅能从宏观上去理解宪法对于一个国家的重大意义。还能以小见大，从身边的小事或者自己亲身经历的事情，去阐述宪法带给每一位中国公民的保障与重大意义。四位评委分别从演讲内容、语言表达、爱国情怀和形象风度四项准则对选手的演讲进行打分。

八个高一班级代表依次登台结束后，11D班何同学带来的歌曲《我爱你中国》，将现场气氛推向了高潮。

我衷心感谢12月4日宪法演讲比赛给予我的肯定与荣誉。站在ASJ的舞台上，我深感荣幸与自豪。宪法，作为国家的根本大法，承载着中华民族的法治梦想与希望。通过这次演讲，我更加深入地理解了宪法的内涵和价值，也认识到了作为一名香港学生，了解祖国宪制文化的重要性！

“国家宪法日”为每年12月4日 是为了增强全社会的宪法意识，弘扬宪法精神，加强宪法实施，全面推进依法治国而设立的节日。而今年，我校也举办了一场精彩的演讲比赛，我也有幸受邀作为评委参加。

本次的演讲，主要是选手依据身边的宪法来发表感受。在听完学弟学妹的演讲后，我才发现“宪法与每个人息息相关”，真的不只是说说而已。实际上，宪法的保障遍布于我们生活的每个角落。就连我现在的观后感都是受到《宪法》第四十七条“文学创作自由”的保障。他们的演讲，加强了我对《宪法》的认知，让我了解了许多我之前所不知道的条例。同时，也加强了我对《宪法》的敬佩之心，增强了我作为一位中国国民的自豪感。这次活动让我受益匪浅！

公社科首次举办「第一届ASJ“国家宪法日”演讲比赛」，以鼓励学生全面及准确认识《宪法》，并理解《宪法》是香港特别行政区及《基本法》的根和源，与《基本法》共同构成香港特别行政区的宪制基础及秩序，为香港的长期繁荣稳定提供最有力的保障。比赛中，各班代表均能准备充足，结合熟练的演讲技巧和洪亮声线，把《宪法》如何保障国家、社会和个人的重要性完美演绎出来。

值得一提，各班代表在赛前均参加了演讲培训，反复精修演讲稿和练习，最后花费大量精力背稿，务求以脱稿方式来展现出自信一面，其演讲内容也相当触动人心，足见是次比赛能再度激发学生的爱国爱港情怀，学会守护宪法、珍惜宪法。

12月4日是“国家宪法日”，公社科通过举办此次活动，让同学们学习宪法内容，了解设立宪法日的意义。八位同学的精彩演讲或回望宪法的历史渊源，或盛赞今日的法治中国，或通过对比国际社会中其他国家和地区的现状，突出中华儿女之幸福，令人印象深刻，收获颇丰。虽然同学们还只是高中生，但对于“法治”“宪法”“国家”“国际社会”等此类大命题的学习和探究仍是十分必要的，如此才能在有限的学习生涯不断汲取能量，以备未来面对更为广阔的世界。

The guests of honour who served as judges in the competition were Senior Head of Year Mr Wang Dongheng, Head of Civic and Social Development Section Mr He Guocheng, Student Union Mr Wang Fuyu, and Student Union President  Deng Xiaoxiao.

Representatives from each class of the first year of high school went up to the stage to give speeches in turn. The students not only understood the great significance of the Constitution for a country from a macro point of view, but also from a small point of view to a large point of view. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for the recognition and honour given to me by the Constitution Speech Contest on 4 December. I am deeply honoured and proud to stand on the stage of ASJ. The Constitution, as the fundamental law of the country, carries the dream and hope of the Chinese nation for the rule of law. Through this speech, I have gained a deeper understanding of the connotation and value of the Constitution, and realised the importance of understanding the constitutional culture of our country as a Hong Kong student!

This award is not only a result of my efforts alone, but also the countless encouragement and help from my buddies behind me. I will continue to endeavour to learn and disseminate knowledge of the Constitution and raise my awareness of the rule of law. It is a great honour to be recognised by the judges in this competition. Holding this heavy honour in my hand, I have a lot of feelings in my heart. This award not only belongs to me personally, it is also a kind of affirmation to all the people who pay attention to the Constitution, love the Constitution and actively spread the spirit of the Constitution. Thanks to the school organisation, the teachers built such a meaningful platform, so that the light of the Constitution can be radiated to a wider range of people through us speakers. I had the honour to participate in the ASJ National Constitution Day Speech Contest and won the third runner-up. First of all, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to my teachers who have worked so hard to nurture us, and to my classmates who have supported and affirmed me. I could not have achieved this without your care and guidance. The significance of the award lies not in the honour, but in the great encouragement and encouragement it gives us. ‘The National Constitution Day is celebrated on 4th December every year. It is a festival set up to enhance the awareness of the Constitution in the whole society, to promote the spirit of the Constitution, to strengthen the implementation of the Constitution, and to promote the rule of law in all aspects. This year, our school also held a wonderful speech contest, I was also honoured to be invited to participate as a judge.

The speech is mainly based on the players to express their feelings about the Constitution around them. After listening to the speeches of the younger students, I realised that ‘the Constitution is closely related to everyone’ is not just words. In fact, the Constitution protects us in every corner of our lives. Even my present afterthought is guaranteed by Article 47 of the Constitution, ‘Freedom of Literary Creation’. Their speeches strengthened my knowledge of the Constitution and made me understand many regulations that I did not know before. At the same time, it also strengthened my admiration for the Constitution and my pride as a Chinese national. I have benefited a lot from this activity!

After watching the National Constitution Day Speech Contest on 4 December, I was deeply impressed by the wonderful speeches of the contestants and the touching examples of their speeches. The 4th of December is the ‘National Constitution Day’, the Social Sciences Section held this activity to let the students learn the content of the Constitution and understand the significance of the establishment of the Constitution Day. The speeches of the eight students were impressive and rewarding, as they looked back on the historical origin of the Constitution, praised today's rule of law in China, and highlighted the happiness of China's sons and daughters by comparing the current situation of other countries and regions in the international community.
