Psychological Health Education

心理健康对于青少年的成长至关重要。为了呵护青少年的心灵健康，SSAL特别在一楼报告厅举办了一场趣味横生的心理班会教育课堂。

Mental health is essential for the healthy growth and development of teenagers. To support students’ emotional well-being, SSAL hosted an engaging and interactive psychological education session in the first-floor auditorium.

在心理班会课上，老师通过生动有趣的案例和互动游戏，循序渐进地引导同学们了解自己的情绪与心理状态。大家围坐在一起，敞开心扉，分享成长中的困扰与快乐。

During the session, teachers used vivid case studies and interactive games to gradually guide students in understanding their emotions and mental states. Sitting in a circle, students opened up to share both the challenges and joys they encounter as they grow.

在交流分享环节，同学们踊跃讲述自己画作背后的故事与情感。老师认真倾听每位同学的发言，给予温暖而富有启发性的建议，并表示：“每一幅画都是同学们内心世界的一扇窗，透过这些绚丽多彩的画面，我们可以感受到他们的梦想、忧虑，以及对美好生活的向往。”

In the sharing session, students enthusiastically narrated the stories and emotions behind their artwork. The teacher listened attentively to each student’s thoughts, offering warm and insightful advice. They remarked, “Each painting is a window into the students’ inner world. Through these vivid and colorful images, we can glimpse their dreams, worries, and their aspirations for a brighter future.”

这场心理班会课堂如同一场滋润心灵的春雨，悄然浸润着同学们的内心，赋予他们成长路上更强大的内在力量与积极乐观的心态，勇敢迎接未来的挑战。

This psychological session was like a gentle spring rain, quietly nourishing the students’ hearts and strengthening their inner resilience. It instilled a positive and optimistic mindset, empowering them to face future challenges with courage.
