近期,五位教师主持的课题研究圆满结题,展示了学校在教育创新教师专业发展方面的卓越成效。这五个课题不仅在教学方法的优化学生素质的提升教育技术的应用等方面进行了大胆尝试,更为教育行业提供了具有借鉴意义的研究成果。


通过这些研究,学校不仅推动了教育质量的提升,也为教师们提供了更广阔的成长平台,进一步巩固了学校在教育界的领先地位。这五个课题的顺利完结,华外同文CEP双语学部再次向社会证明:教育创新的动力源自教师的智慧与不断超越的教育梦想。

Recently, the research projects led by five teachers were successfully completed, demonstrating the school's outstanding achievements in educational innovation and teacher professional development. These five projects not only made bold attempts to optimise teaching methods, improve student quality and apply educational technology, but also provided the education industry with meaningful research results. Through this research, the school has not only promoted the improvement of education quality, but also provided a broader growth platform for teachers, further consolidating the school's leading position in the education sector. With the successful completion of these five projects, HW Tongwen CEP Department School once again proves to society that the driving force of educational innovation comes from the wisdom of teachers and the dream of constantly surpassing education.

《小学生整本书阅读教学策略的研究》课题由任怀柱校长主持,语文工作室老师们携手共同开展。该课题以“通过整合整本书的校本阅读书单,阅读策略,阅读课教学模式,阅读反馈,阅读形式,阅读测评等方面,激发学生的阅读兴趣和培养学生的批判性思维”为核心目标。语文组的老师们在课堂上不断探索和创新,不仅提升了阅读课的教学质量和效率,也在学生心中播下了阅读的种子。

The project, "Research on Teaching Strategies of Whole Book Reading for Primary School Students", was led by Principal Ren Huizhu, and the teachers of the Chinese Studio worked together to carry out the project. The main aim of the project is to stimulate students' interest in reading and cultivate their critical thinking by integrating school-based whole-book reading lists, reading strategies, reading class teaching models, reading feedback, reading forms and reading assessment. Teachers in the Chinese teachers group continue to explore and innovate in the classroom, which not only improves the quality and efficiency of reading instruction, but also sows the seeds of reading in the hearts of the students.



通过对整本书的深入阅读,学生们不仅提升了语言能力,更在书中的人物、情节和思想碰撞中锻炼了批判性思维。林老师通过精心设计的阅读策略,帮助学生们不仅拓宽了视野,还激发了对世界的深刻思考。任校的课题研究,已成为教师和学生共同成长的典范。




教育创新:跨学科合作与个性化作业设计

此次课题研究展示中,张新老师主持的《基于教育国际化的小学跨学科主题式活动研究》和王玉博老师主持的《“双减”政策下初中物理分层作业设计与实践》也引人注目。

In this research exhibition, "Research on Interdisciplinary Thematic Activities in Primary Schools Based on the Internationalisation of Education" led by Ms Zhang Xin and "Design and Practice of Layered Homework in Junior High School Physics under the Policy of 'Double Reduction'" led by Ms Wang Yubo were also notable.



张新老师通过结合全球化的背景,探索如何通过跨学科、主题式的活动提升学生的综合素质和国际化视野。课题通过将多学科知识融入到学生的实际问题解决过程中,不仅提升了学生的学科应用能力,还培养了他们的跨文化理解力和创新能力。这一研究为学校的教育模式注入了新的活力,也为学生们打开了通向世界的另一扇窗。




王玉博老师则回应了当下教育改革中的重要议题——如何在“双减”政策实施的背景下,不仅减轻学生负担,更提高学习质量。通过《初中物理分层作业设计与实践》课题,王老师提出了分层作业的概念,根据学生不同的学习需求设计作业,从而达到既减轻负担,又提高学习效果的双重目标。这个课题的实施,为“减负”政策的顺利落地提供了有效路径,也使物理课堂更加个性化与精准化。




小学数学与初中历史:项目化学习的双重革新

《基于项目式学习下的小学课堂生态重构研究》和《基于项目化学习的初中历史教学改革与实践研究》两个课题则展现了教师们在教学方法上的大胆尝试和创新。

The two topics, Research on Ecological Reconstruction of Elementary School Classroom under Project-based Learning and Research on Reform and Practice of Junior High School History Teaching Based on Project-based Learning, demonstrated the teachers' bold attempts and innovations in teaching methods.



陈佳老师通过项目式学习,推动了课堂的转型,让学生不再是被动的知识接受者,而是课堂的积极参与者和探索者。通过跨学科的整合,学生们在解决实际问题的过程中,不仅提升了学科知识的应用能力,还激发了他们的团队合作精神和创新思维。
