AIC 2024-25 Academic Year First Semester Awards Ceremony

1月14，我们迎来了AIC 2024-25学年第一学期期末颁奖典礼，在期末Assembly上AIC全校师生齐聚一堂，共同见证这一学期的丰硕成果。颁奖典礼由Miss Jasmine与Mr. David Dai担任主持人, 在这场隆重的颁奖典礼上，学校表达了对学生，教师以及职员的由衷感谢，并以热烈的掌声向他们的努力与卓越成就致敬。这不仅是一场表彰盛会，更是我们每个人对成长与未来的美好期许。

On January 14, we celebrated the AIC 2024-25 First Semester Awards Ceremony. During the end-of-semester assembly, the entire AIC community gathered to reflect on and celebrate the remarkable achievements of the semester. The ceremony was hosted by Miss Jasmine and Mr. David Dai. In this grand event, the school expressed heartfelt gratitude to students, teachers, and staff, applauding their efforts and outstanding accomplishments with resounding applause. This was not only a celebration of excellence but also a shared moment of hope for growth and future aspirations.

校长Chris在开幕致辞中引用了Imagine Dragons的歌词“Do whatever it takes”（不惜一切努力），鼓励每一位学生拥抱挑战，突破自我。他说道：“成功不是偶然得来的，而是需要我们用勇气去面对挑战，用坚持去突破障碍。每一天都充满了新的机会，等待我们去抓住并实现它们。”

In his opening speech, Head of School Chris quoted the lyrics from Imagine Dragons, Do whatever it takes, encouraging every student to embrace challenges and push beyond their limits. He said, "Success is not something that happens by chance; it requires us to face challenges with courage and overcome obstacles with perseverance. Every day is filled with new opportunities, waiting for us to seize and turn into achievements."

The success of our students would not be possible without the dedication and hard work of our teachers and staff. The Head of School expressed his heartfelt gratitude to every member of the faculty and staff, saying, “You have illuminated the future of our students with your passion and patience. From classroom teaching to extracurricular guidance, your efforts, though often unnoticed, are profoundly meaningful and impactful.” 

The awards ceremony was not only a reflection of the past but also a vision for the future. Every student’s journey of growth is contributing to the brilliance of the AIC family. As we look forward to the new semester, we encourage every AICer to seize every opportunity, push beyond their limits, and create even more remarkable achievements.
