2025年3月1日，农历二月初二，华外同文外国语学校十周年发展大会隆重举行。大会以“荣耀”为主题，通过学术讲座、校友返校和文艺展演等形式，回顾学校十年办学历程，展望未来蓝图。教育界专家、校友、师生、家长以及关心关注学校发展的社会各界人士七千余人齐聚华外，共同见证学校十年荣耀。
On March 1, 2025, Huawai-Tongman Foreign Language School celebrated its 10th anniversary. The event featured academic lectures, alumni reunions, and celebration gala showcasing the school's decade-long journey and future vision. Over 7,000 attendees - including educators, alumni, faculty, students, parents, and cooperation partners - gathered to commemorate this milestone.

Amidst a starlit ambiance and stirring melodies, we witnessed extraordinary individuals, defining moments, and inspiring stories that radiated the essence of "Honor". These collective honors embody our shared commitment, current endeavors, and bold vision for the future - belonging to every member of our community who dares to pioneer and persevere.
此次大会不仅是对过去十年荣耀的回顾，更是对未来发展的展望与承诺。自2015年创校以来，沿着“更中国、更世界”的精神脉络，带着“融汇中外”的使命任务，华外的成长已历经十载。从教育革新的一粒种子，到枝繁叶茂的育人森林；从最初400多名师生的小规模办学起步，到如今构建起涵盖九年一贯制的现代化教育体系，华外用教育的力量书写了一部“荣耀”篇章。

作为学校发展的参与者与见证者，广东省民办教育协会会长、广东省教育厅原党组成员、巡视员赵康先生肯定了学校的办学特色与办学成果，作为民办教育的重要标杆引领行业发展。他指出，华外积极响应国家战略，融入国家发展大局，如“一带一路”外语人才培养、粤港澳青少年交流等项目，并强调民办教育应办出特色、打造品牌。最后，他祝愿华外在未来继续书写“为党育人、为国育才”的新篇章。

舞蹈《更中国，更世界》由幼儿园的孩子们倾情演绎，稚嫩而灵动的舞姿传递出对传统文化的热爱；音乐剧《Newsies》以百老汇经典剧目为蓝本，培养了学生的团队协作能力和艺术表达能力；华外舞蹈队、武术队、啦啦队、羽毛球队、合唱团、管弦乐团等学生社团和校队，淋漓尽致地展现了卓越的风采。参加展示的师生人数超500人。
The kindergarteners' dance breathed life into cultural heritage through their nimble movements and innocent grace. The musical “Newsies”, adapted from the Broadway classic, showcased student synergy and artistic articulation. Student ensembles – from martial arts teams to orchestras – culminated in a grand finale of youthful excellence, with over 500 participants demonstrating multifaceted talents.

Dr. Han Liqing, HW co-founder and Director of Tongman Education Research Institute, addressed the gathering: "At this pivotal juncture of our first decade, we see the path forward with unprecedented clarity. While AI reshapes educational paradigms, we must guard the flame of humanistic values. HW remains committed to developing students' core competencies, innovative thinking, and practical skills through holistic education. The newly launched Meta Academy will empower learners with AI-enhanced personalized learning pathways tailored to individual potential."

3月1日当天，学校举办了两场面向学生的科技主题讲座，为同学们带来前沿信息，激发同学们对科技学习的好奇心与热情。
上午的专家讲座中，北京航空航天大学熊璋教授以“人工智能时代是我们的时代”为题，用生动易懂的语言为同学们介绍了人工智能是什么，人工智能时代是什么，人工智能为学习带来什么。
Professor Xiong Zhang from Beihang University headlined the morning session with "Our Era of Artificial Intelligence", demystifying AI fundamentals and its educational implications through accessible analogies that bridged technological concepts with adolescent learning experiences.

下午，国际宇航科学院王晋年院士通过“遥感——感知地球的‘千里眼’”主题讲座，深入浅出地向同学们讲解了遥感技术的发展及其广泛的应用领域。
The afternoon session featured Academician Wang Jinnian from the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA) presenting “Remote Sensing: Earth's Far-Seeing Eyes”, where he demystified the technology's evolution and diverse applications – from environmental monitoring to urban planning – through vivid demonstrations that transformed complex satellite science into tangible planetary stewardship lessons.
