IB(国际文凭)探究式学习以“学生为中心”,强调通过主动探索、深度思考和行动实践构建知识。华外创新融合学部I-EP将这一理念融入各年级的课程设计与校外探究活动中,让学生在真实场景中成长为具有全球视野与责任感的终身学习者。

近日,I-EP PYP1-5年级的同学们走出校园,开展了一系列主题鲜明的探究活动。从历史人物到科技前沿,从市场运作到数字世界,学生们在真实场景中实践知识、深化思考,用脚步丈量学习的广度,用探索点亮成长的光芒。

Recently, PYP 1-5 students embarked on thematic field trips spanning historical figures, cutting-edge technology, market systems, and the digital world. Through real-world experiences, they expanded their learning horizons and ignited their growth through exploration.

一年级学生走进广州科学中心,在互动中探索“力的原理与应用”。

通过参观,同学们对自然界、科学和制造业中力的基本原理有了基础了解。同时在场馆讲解员的引导下,认识各种展品并与之互动。这些互动体验让学生们在参观展品、参与讨论和交流 UOI 课程中获得的想法时,能够应用所学的力(如推力、拉力和扭力)知识。

在这个过程中同学们使用观察表记录展品受力情况,返校后与同伴讨论分析,深化对力学概念的理解。在整个探究过程中,从“展品如何运作”到“力如何改变生活”,同学们学会用科学眼光解读世界。

Grade 1 students visited the Guangzhou Science Center to investigate the principles and applications of force. Guided by museum educators, they interacted with exhibits to apply their knowledge of forces like push, pull, and twist. Using observation sheets, they recorded how forces acted on exhibits and later analyzed their findings through group discussions. From "how exhibits work" to "how forces shape daily life," students learned to interpret the world through a scientific lens.


在“我们是谁”的主题下,二年级学生探访蜡像馆的12个主题区域,开启了一场跨越时空的对话。

李小龙的武术哲学、C罗的拼搏精神、梵高的艺术创造力、居里夫人的科学使命……学生们从不同领域的杰出人物身上,领悟“自我突破”与“社会责任”的深刻联系。通过问答挑战,学生学会从细节中提取信息,发现“李小龙不仅是功夫巨星,更是哲学家”,从而理解批判性思维的魅力。

蜡像制作工艺的展示,让学生直观感受“数百道工序的专注与耐心”,体会成就背后的努力与匠心精神。创意手工活动还是一次艺术表达的机会,一次自我反思的过程,让同学们开始思考自我价值与梦想。

Under the theme "Who We Are," Grade 2 students explored 12 themed zones at a wax museum, engaging with figures like Bruce Lee (martial arts philosophy), Cristiano Ronaldo (perseverance), Vincent van Gogh (artistic creativity), and Marie Curie (scientific使命). Through Q&A challenges, they practiced extracting details—discovering "Bruce Lee was not just a martial artist but also a philosopher"—to sharpen critical thinking. Observing wax figure craftsmanship, students gained insight into the patience and dedication behind achievements. Creative collage activities further prompted reflections on personal values and aspirations.


三、四年级学生以“我们如何组织自己”为线索,走进广汽科技馆,探索市场经济的奥秘。

观察汽车模型、纪念品等商品定价与陈列,分析展览服务、互动体验如何为产品增值。了解广汽如何根据客户需求研发汽车技术,感受“市场需求是创新的引擎”。

返校后,学生将运用所学知识设计“市场日”项目,从产品设计到定价销售,体验完整商业链路。同学们由衷地感慨“原来博物馆不仅是参观的地方,它背后藏着这么多商业智慧!我们也要用创意满足‘客户’需求!”

Guided by the theme "How We Organize Ourselves," Grades 3-4 students explored the GAC Technology Museum to unravel market principles. They analyzed product pricing, displays (e.g., model cars, souvenirs), and value-added services like interactive exhibitions. Learning how GAC develops automotive technologies based on consumer needs, they grasped that "market demand drives innovation." Post-trip, students will apply these insights to design and sell products at a "Market Day," experiencing end-to-end business processes.

五年级学生以“数字媒体如何改变世界”为主题,探秘微信总部,开启科技与责任的深度对话。

活动开始于微信总部的幕后之旅,学生们了解到微信的全球影响力,看到实时数据显示微信在世界各地的用户数量,深刻体会到科技连接的力量。

接着,学生们参观了微信的产品,引发了关于品牌塑造和数字平台在现代文化中作用的讨论。最精彩的环节是动手编程学习做小程序的课程,学生们在专家指导下创建自己的微信小程序,展现了出色的创造力和解决问题的能力。

这次体验既是技术之旅,也是理解数字空间责任之旅,学生们通过探究,反思了数字媒体的组织方式、信息评估以及成为负责任数字公民的重要性。我们为学生的好奇和热情感到自豪,感谢微信的接待和老师的付出。这次旅行是将IB课程带入生活的实例,我们致力于帮助学生以信心和责任感驾驭并塑造数字世界,敬请期待更多精彩的学习冒险!

Grade 5 students delved into "How Digital Media Transforms the World" during a visit to WeChat Headquarters. Witnessing real-time global user data, they marveled at technology’s power to connect billions across cultures. Guided by experts, they coded mini-programs with AI features, experiencing firsthand how "technology shapes life." Discussions on digital ethics and information evaluation reinforced their understanding of responsible digital citizenship.
