Inquirers 森林徒步|赴一场绿林之约

在I-EP教育中,户外徒步作为PSPE课程的关键实践,通过自然环境和身体挑战促进学生全面发展。学生在徒步中提升体能、耐力和环境适应力,同时锻炼观察、批判性思维与问题解决能力。地形与天气变化成为真实学习情境,帮助培养抗挫折力与团队协作意识。

As a core practice of the PSPE curriculum, outdoor hiking fosters holistic student development through natural environments and physical challenges. Students enhance physical fitness, endurance, and environmental adaptability while refining observation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Varied terrain and weather conditions create authentic learning contexts, cultivating resilience and teamwork.


该活动将身体训练、生态认知与品格塑造相结合,体现了IB教育强调的“知行合一”,是突破传统课堂边界、培养未来社会所需能力的重要途径。

This activity integrates physical training, ecological awareness, and character development, embodying the IB philosophy of "integrating knowledge with action." It transcends traditional classroom boundaries to nurture future-ready competencies.



2025 年 3 月 28 日,I-EP 二、三、四年级的学生于长岭国家登山健身步道,镌刻下一场意义非凡的十公里徒步之旅。

On March 28, 2025, Grades 2-4 students from I-EP completed a remarkable 10-km hike on Changling National Hiking Trail.


在此次徒步活动中,同学们穿梭于葱郁的树林间,时而驻足寻觅树干上别具匠心的树洞画,在艺术与自然的交织中感受创意之美;时而低头观察脚下的风景,留意昆虫、苔藓等细微景致。他们于行走间亲近自然,用探索的目光记录徒步路上的每一份独特美好。

During the hike, students explored lush forests, paused to observe intricate tree trunk carvings, and examined insects and moss underfoot. They connected with nature through exploration, documenting unique discoveries along the trail.



本次徒步深度呼应IB PYP六大超学科主题,实现不同学科领域的融合。例如,在 “我们身处什么时空” 主题中,学生可以通过观察森林中的树木、岩石等,了解地球的历史和演变;在 “我们如何表达自己” 主题中,学生可以用绘画、写作等方式记录自己在森林中的所见所闻和感受,表达自己对自然的理解和热爱。

The activity aligned with IB PYP’s six transdisciplinary themes. For instance, under "Where We Are in Place and Time," students analyzed trees and rocks to understand Earth’s history. Under "How We Express Ourselves," they recorded observations through art and writing, expressing their connection to nature.



面对崎岖地形与多变天气,I-EP学生们依然满怀热情、背上行囊,在竹林、溪流间跨越障碍、互动协作,在实践中锻炼抗挫力、环境适应力及问题解决能力。全程无一人掉队,全员抵达终点的成就更增强了集体信心。

Navigating rugged terrain and shifting weather, HW students demonstrated perseverance, adaptability, and collaborative problem-solving. Crossing bamboo forests and streams, the group overcame obstacles collectively. Completing the journey as a unified group boosted collective confidence, with all participants reaching the destination.



在绿意盎然的林间徒步活动中,老师们也以温情守护,牵扶学生跨越溪石,微笑相伴穿行竹林小径,以身躯为学生探路引航。师生携手同行。每一步互助皆是师生情谊的深刻注脚,每一次协作均为团结力量的共鸣彰显。

During the forest hike, teachers offered warm support. They guided students across streams and rocks, walked beside them on bamboo-lined paths, and led by example. As teachers and students walked together, acts of mutual assistance strengthened their bond and demonstrated unity.



IB PYP 倡导探究式学习,鼓励学生通过主动探究来构建知识和理解世界。森林徒步为学生提供了一个真实的探究情境,学生可以在其中发现问题,如 “为什么有些树木长得高大,有些却很矮小?”“森林中的小溪是如何形成的?” 这种探究的方式能够激发学生的学习兴趣和主动性,培养他们的批判性思维和解决问题的能力。

IB PYP promotes inquiry-based learning. It encourages students to build knowledge and understand the world actively. Forest hiking offers a real-world context for inquiry. Students can pose questions like “Why do some trees grow tall while others are short?” and “How are forest streams formed?” This approach sparks students’ interest, boosts their initiative, and cultivates critical thinking and problem-solving skills.



这次森林徒步活动不止是一趟户外游历,更是一场锻炼同学们洞察力与协同力的珍贵实践。活动为同学们搭建了触摸自然的平台,让大家在习得自然探索技巧、提升野外适应力的同时,建立从容应对挑战的底气,培养自主规划与执行的能力。

This forest hiking activity isn't just an outdoor adventure. It’s a valuable experience for students to develop insight and teamwork.The activity provides a nature-connection platform. Students gain exploration skills, enhance wild adaptability, build confidence to face challenges and cultivate independent planning and execution skills.
