春意盎然的春天,在华外米德学院新课室里,CEP七年级的学生迎来第四期生活整理课——「衣橱焕新计划」。在轻松愉悦的课堂氛围中,学生们通过动手实践,感受从杂乱到有序的治愈过程,领悟收纳背后的生活智慧。
CEP seventh graders recently attended a Life skill course class titled Wardrobe Revamp Project . The course transformed routine skills like folding clothes into tools for developing logical thinking and self-reliance.
针对住校生常见的衣橱管理难题,课程组深入调研学生宿舍,总结出三大痛点:
1. 空间规划模糊:储物分区不明确,导致利用率低;
2. 卫生隐患:贴身衣物混放易滋生细菌;
3. 方法缺失:缺乏科学收纳工具与技巧。
课程以“理论+实践”双模块展开——通过案例分析讲解收纳逻辑,再以趣味比拼强化技能应用,帮助学生建立高效有序的生活习惯。

课程延续前期“功能分区”“竖式摆放”等核心理念,结合寒假书桌整理优秀作业,引导学生将知识迁移至衣橱管理。
教师通过真实衣橱改造案例,生动诠释“能挂不叠”原则:
悬挂区:外套按季节分类,扣上首粒纽扣防变形;
折叠区:T恤卷立摆放,节省空间且一目了然;
抽屉区:袜子“寿司卷”叠法、内裤“书本式”收纳,兼顾卫生与便捷。

Teachers emphasized mindful habits through actionable tips: matching hangers to garment shoulder lines, rolling socks to preserve elasticity, and using dividers for small items. "Folding isn’t just technique—it’s life attitude," one student remarked during interactive demos.
实操环节化身竞技场!学生们分组挑战“十分钟衣橱焕新”,既要速度更求美观。
