三方会议 | 家校携手,共育未来


教育从不是一方的独行,而是多方协作的结果。在IB教育理念的引领下,学校始终重视家校之间的紧密合作,致力于打造一个以学生为中心、沟通为桥梁的学习共同体。上周五,新亚高中(国际课程)成功举办了本学年的三方会议,进一步巩固了家庭、学校与学生之间的联系,共同助力学生的全面成长。


Education is never a solitary journey—it is the result of collaboration among many. Guided by the principles of the IB philosophy, AIC places great emphasis on strong home-school partnerships and is committed to building a student-centered learning community rooted in open communication. Last Friday, AIC successfully held this academic year’s Three-Way Conference, further strengthening the connection between families, school, and students in support of holistic student development.





与传统的家长会不同,IB三方会议是一个由学生主导的交流平台。学生在会上积极展示自己的学习成果,同时也坦诚分享在学习过程中遇到的挑战与思考。他们从教师和家长那里获得反馈和建议,在互动中不断提升自我认知,增强学习的主动性与责任感。


Unlike traditional parent-teacher meetings, the IB Three-Way Conference is a student-led platform for meaningful dialogue. Students take the initiative to present their learning achievements while also reflecting openly on the challenges they’ve faced. Through receiving targeted feedback and guidance from both teachers and parents, they gain greater self-awareness and develop a stronger sense of agency and responsibility in their learning.


家长在三方会议中发挥着至关重要的作用,他们不仅是倾听者,更是深度参与的合作者。通过与教师和孩子的面对面交流,家长能够更全面地了解孩子的学习进展、性格特点以及学校的教育理念,从而在家庭中建立起更加稳固且有针对性的支持体系,延伸课堂之外的学习体验,为孩子的成长提供持续的陪伴与动力。


从家长问卷反馈来看,他们对于此次会议给予了高度评价。不少家长表示会议安排有序、信息清晰,预约系统使用便捷。学生的积极参与也赢得广泛认可,几乎所有家长都表示孩子在会上表现主动、认真投入,充分体现了IB教育中“学生为中心”的核心理念。


在学术交流方面,家长普遍认为教师准备充分、反馈具体、建议可行。有家长写道:“与老师面对面交流最具价值”“我们更加清晰地了解了孩子的表现与进步方向”。此外,约七成家长使用了会议翻译服务,并给予了积极评价,充分体现了学校在沟通便利性和多语言支持方面的专业与关怀。


Parents play a vital role in the three-way conference—they are not merely listeners, but deeply engaged collaborators. Through face-to-face conversations with both teachers and their child, parents gain a more comprehensive understanding of the student's academic progress, personality traits, and the school’s educational philosophy. This enables them to build a stronger and more targeted support system at home, extending the learning experience beyond the classroom and providing ongoing encouragement and guidance for their child’s growth.


According to feedback from the parent survey, the Three-Way Conference received highly positive responses. Many parents noted that the event was well-organized, the information provided was clear, and the appointment system was easy to use. Students’ active participation was also widely recognized—nearly all parents shared that their children were engaged, proactive, and fully involved in the discussions, truly reflecting the IB philosophy of student-centered learning.


In terms of academic dialogue, parents generally felt that teachers were well-prepared, provided specific feedback, and offered practical suggestions. One parent commented, “The face-to-face communication with teachers was the most valuable part,” while another noted, “We gained a clearer understanding of our child’s performance and areas for growth.” Additionally, about 70% of parents used the translation service during the conference and responded positively, reflecting the school’s commitment to accessible communication and multilingual support.



教师则结合学生的表现与个性化需求,提供有针对性的学术指导,并与学生及家长共同制定个性化的学习目标。通过这一三方协作的过程,教师不仅有效整合了教育资源,也帮助学生明确成长方向,形成清晰且可执行的学习路径,使每位学生都能在理解、激励与关爱的支持中不断进步与成长。


Teachers provide targeted academic guidance based on each student’s performance and individual needs, working collaboratively with both students and parents to set personalized learning goals. Through this three-way partnership, educators are able to effectively align educational resources and help students establish clear and actionable learning pathways. This supportive, collaborative process ensures that every student continues to grow and progress within an environment of understanding, encouragement, and care.




三方会议的意义,远超一次简单的会谈。它体现了新亚高中(国际课程)学习者社区对“教育是共同责任”这一理念的高度认同。我们深信,持续、真诚的沟通能让教育更具力量,让成长更有方向。未来,学校将继续践行IB教育的核心价值观,携手每一个家庭,共同铺就学生追梦之路。


The significance of the Three-Way Conference goes far beyond a single meeting. It reflects the shared belief within the AIC learner community that education is a collective responsibility.
