在AIC,我们始终相信学习的边界不应止于课堂,真正的成长往往发生在实践与探索之中。回顾2024年,AIC学子通过一系列富有意义的创造力、活动与服务(CAS)旅程,走进自然,走近社区,走向世界——无论是在越南的文化探访中激发全球视野,还是在阳朔与连南的户外挑战与服务中锤炼责任与团队精神,每一次出发都成为成长的节点。这些真实且充满挑战的经历,不仅拓宽了学生的眼界,也为即将启程的2025年CAS旅程奠定了坚实基础。今年,我们将带来更具深度与多样性的目的地与项目,继续引导学生在行动中学习,在世界中发现自我。新一年的旅程即将开启,属于你的冒险正在加载中,敢不敢一起走远一点?


At AIC, we firmly believe that the boundaries of learning extend far beyond the classroom—and that true growth often happens through real-world experiences and exploration. Looking back on 2024, our students took part in a series of meaningful Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS) journeys that brought them closer to nature, deeper into communities, and further into the world. Whether gaining global perspective through cultural immersion in Vietnam, or building teamwork and responsibility through outdoor challenges in Yangshuo and Liannan, each journey marked a meaningful milestone in their personal development.

These authentic and often challenging experiences not only broadened our students’ horizons, but also laid a strong foundation for the CAS adventures to come in 2025. This year, we’re excited to introduce even more diverse and in-depth destinations and projects—designed to inspire action-based learning and self-discovery across the globe.

CAS trips are integral to our educational philosophy, focusing on experiential learning that encourages collaboration and creativity, enhances physical well-being, and nurtures a spirit of giving back to the community. These trips are not just about seeing new places; they are about transforming our students into well-rounded, thoughtful and reflective individuals who are prepared to contribute positively to our world.

CAS之旅说明会




2025年4月11日,在三方会谈期间,AIC举办了2025年度CAS行程说明会。说明会由CAS协调员Misty老师与Heather老师分别以英文和中文进行讲解,向家长和学生详细介绍了即将开启的CAS旅行项目、参与流程以及背后的教育理念。


我们还特别邀请了长期合作伙伴——The Learning Adventure的教育体验经理Alex Bycroft,通过线上连线的方式,向现场师生和家长展示了各个目的地的行程安排、安全管理体系和项目亮点。此次说明会不仅帮助家长更深入地了解CAS项目,也为学生提供了一个与老师和合作方直接交流的平台,助力他们更好地规划属于自己的成长旅程。


On April 11, 2025, during our Three-Way Conference Day, AIC held the CAS Information Session for the upcoming 2025 trips. The session was led by CAS Coordinator Ms. Misty and Ms. Heather, who delivered presentations in English and Chinese respectively, providing parents and students with a detailed overview of the upcoming CAS trip options, participation procedures, and the educational philosophy behind them.


We were also pleased to invite our long-term partner, Alex Bycroft, Education Experience Manager at The Learning Adventure, who joined the session virtually. He presented the itineraries, safety systems, and key highlights of each destination to the students and parents in attendance. This session not only deepened parents’ understanding of the CAS program but also created a valuable platform for direct communication with teachers and our travel partner, helping students plan their own meaningful journey of growth.

Enhancing Educational Focus: 

A Deeper Dive into the World as Our Classroom


为了让学生在CAS旅程中收获更真实、更深入的成长体验,AIC将2025年度的CAS行程结构进行了优化调整。相较以往60%教育性质、40%观光性质的安排,今年的项目内容将进一步强化教育意义,比例调整为80%教育探索 + 20%文化观光。我们希望通过更有深度的实践活动与跨文化体验,让学生在行动中拓展视野,在世界中发现自我。


To provide students with more authentic and meaningful growth experiences, AIC has restructured the 2025 CAS trip design. Compared to previous years—where the balance was approximately 60% educational and 40% sightseeing—this year’s trips will place a stronger emphasis on purposeful learning, with a new ratio of 80% educational exploration and 20% cultural sightseeing. Through more in-depth hands-on activities and cross-cultural experiences, we aim to help students broaden their perspectives through action and discover themselves in the world beyond the classroom.

Korea 韩国


           A Journey of Cultural Immersion 

           and Physical Challenge

           跨文化沉浸与身体挑战的融合之旅

韩国行程融合了文化理解、身体挑战与创意表达三大核心,通过沉浸式体验,引导学生实现更全面的成长。学生将在本地道馆与韩国武术大师面对面,参与跆拳道与堂手道课程,提升身体控制与专注力;走访韩国国家博物馆、景福宫与韩屋村,在历史文化探索中穿越时空;徒步南山与雪岳山乌尔山岩步道,在挑战中锻炼体能与意志。课程还包括韩国料理制作与环保再生艺术创作,让学生在实践中提升可持续意识;此外,K-POP舞蹈与影像制作课程为他们提供创意表达的舞台,最终在明洞的城市漫步与文化体验中,为旅程增添轻松而丰富的当代表达。这不仅是一场旅行,更是一场融合身体与心灵的多维修炼之旅


The South Korea trip integrates three core elements—cultural understanding, physical challenge, and creative expression—guiding students toward more holistic growth through immersive experiences. Students will train alongside local martial arts masters in taekwondo and tangsoodo classes, enhancing body control and focus. They will explore the National Museum of Korea, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Hanok Village, delving into history through interactive cultural experiences. Outdoor activities include hiking Namsan and the Ulsanbawi Trail in Seoraksan National Park, fostering resilience and perseverance. The program also features Korean culinary classes and upcycling workshops at the Seoul Upcycling Plaza, promoting sustainability through hands-on practice. Students will further engage in K-POP dance and video production at Hi-KR Grounds, using creative platforms to express themselves. The journey concludes with a lighter cultural experience in Myeongdong, where they’ll enjoy local cuisine and explore modern Korean life. This is more than just a trip—it’s a multidimensional journey of both body and mind.

Chengdu 成都


           A Journey of Cultural Discovery 

           and Service Learning

           本土文化探索与公益服务实践之旅

成都行程聚焦于中华传统文化的体验与社会责任感的培养,通过多元活动,引导学生在本土语境中实现深度成长。学生将走进四川美食博物馆,学习川菜烹饪技艺,并亲身参与川剧脸谱绘制与戏曲欣赏,感受非遗艺术的独特魅力;在生态农场体验耕作劳动,理解人与自然的可持续关系;在都江堰熊猫中心参与保育服务,与国宝“零距离”互动,提升环保意识与服务精神。学生还将聆听专家讲座,在文化与环境的议题中激发思考,并于青城山展开徒步探索与功夫课程,融合自然挑战与传统技艺。旅程最后,学生将参访武侯祠与街子古镇,深入了解三国历史与地方文化。这是一场融合学习、服务与文化传承的深度之旅,也是一次扎根本土、走向成熟的成长实践。


The Chengdu trip focuses on the richness of traditional Chinese culture and the development of social responsibility, guiding students through a diverse set of experiences that foster deep, meaningful growth within a local context. Students will explore the Sichuan Culinary Museum to learn the art of Sichuan cuisine, and engage in traditional opera mask painting and performance appreciation to experience the charm of intangible cultural heritage. At an eco-farm, they will take part in hands-on agricultural work, deepening their understanding of sustainability and the human-nature relationship. Service continues at the Dujiangyan Panda Center, where students will assist in panda conservation efforts and enhance their environmental awareness and sense of service. Expert-led sessions will spark critical thinking on cultural and environmental issues, while hiking in Qingcheng Mountain and participating in a Kung Fu class will combine physical challenge with traditional skill-building. The journey concludes with visits to the Wuhou Shrine and Jiezi Ancient Town, offering insight into the legacy of the Three Kingdoms and local cultural heritage. This is a journey that blends learning, service, and cultural preservation—an opportunity to grow with roots in tradition and a vision for the future.

在跨文化的交流中,学生将不断拓宽全球视野,学会在多样化的环境中理解他人、适应变化、主动沟通。这种真实的文化浸润和互动,正是我们希望带给他们的“世界课堂”。


与此同时,团队合作与领导力的培养仍是CAS旅程的重要组成部分。无论是策划一场小组汇报,还是协作完成服务项目,学生都将在集体中学习协作、承担责任、迎接挑战。这样的经历塑造他们的坚韧与适应能力,也帮助他们建立起通往未来学术与人生成功的核心素养。


Each CAS destination has been chosen not only for its cultural richness and distinctive regional character, but also for its ability to provide students with hands-on, real-world learning opportunities that are both challenging and meaningful. The 2025 trips place an even greater focus on the core purpose of education—by engaging with local communities, participating in service projects, and exploring both natural and cultural environments, students will learn to observe, reflect, and take action in authentic contexts.


Through cross-cultural exchange, students will continue to broaden their global outlook, learning to understand others, adapt to new environments, and communicate effectively in diverse settings. This kind of immersive, meaningful interaction is at the heart of the “global classroom” we strive to create.


At the same time, the development of teamwork and leadership remains a vital element of every CAS journey. Whether preparing a group presentation or collaborating on a service initiative, students will learn how to work collectively, take responsibility, and face challenges together. These experiences not only strengthen their resilience and adaptability, but also equip them with the core competencies essential for future academic and personal success.
