糯米粉的清香弥漫,操作台泛着柔光,“厨师”们指尖翻飞……这不是五星级厨房,而是学校中学部八年级的劳动课现场。4月27至4月30日,同学们在米德学院智能烹饪教室里,开启了一场传统美食与劳动育人的奇妙碰撞——亲手制作汤圆,把甜蜜揉进成长故事里。
The aroma of glutinous rice flour filled HW Middle School's smart cooking classroom, where eighth graders immersed in a labor education class from April 27-30. Under professional guidance at Mide Academy, students transformed into young chefs creating tangyuan (sweet rice balls), weaving sweetness into their growth stories.
成长藏在一揉一捏间

走进敞亮的烹饪教室,智能的蒸烤箱、专业的和面机、整洁的操作台映入眼帘。课堂上,专业师傅详细讲解了汤圆的制作方法和步骤后,同学们迫不及待地行动起来:取糯米粉、添温水,将它们搅拌均匀,接着反复揉搓,原本松散的粉末逐渐变成了柔韧的面团。揪下小块面团,在掌心搓圆、按压、包馅,再轻轻收口,一个个圆润可爱的汤圆便诞生了。紫薯陷、卡通造型、彩虹汤圆……这是黑暗料理吗?不,这是少年想象力的具象化。从揉、搓、包到捏,每一个动作都全神贯注,同学们在反复尝试中感受着劳动的细致与乐趣。
Equipped with smart ovens and dough mixers, students mastered the craft through precise steps: mixing warm water with flour, kneading resilient dough, then skillfully wrapping fillings. Imagination flourished through purple sweet potato stuffing, cartoon shapes, and rainbow-colored creations. Each kneading and shaping motion honed their focus, revealing the meticulous joy of craftsmanship.
劳动过程中,同学们遇到面团太干开裂、馅料溢出等问题,大家相互交流、共同摸索解决办法,裹成糯米粉变“雪球”。当一碗碗热气腾腾的汤圆出锅,同学们品尝着自己亲手制作的美食时,脸上满是自豪与喜悦。
When challenges arose—cracked dough or leaking fillings—students collectively innovated solutions, dusting excess flour like "snowballs." Their persistence culminated in steaming bowls of tangyuan, met with triumphant smiles and the satisfaction of self-made treats.
劳动育人的“甜味延续”

“田级,尝尝我亲手搓的汤圆!”“余博,快尝尝我煮的汤圆,里面有惊喜哦!”同学们端着碗,来到了老师的办公室,纷纷邀请老师品尝他们胜利的果实。七八颗圆滚滚的汤圆,软糯的糯米皮裹着黑芝麻流心,光是看着就让人幸福。
当老师们接过汤圆,暖意不仅在舌尖蔓延,更在心头流淌。教育的温度,或许就藏在这样双向奔赴的小美好里~为这碗“爱”的汤圆点赞,也为暖心的师生情打call!
"Mr. Tian, try mine!" "Ms. Yu, mine has a surprise filling!" Students eagerly shared their creations with teachers. The soft, sesame-filled spheres became edible tokens of connection, warming both palates and hearts—a testament to HW's philosophy of nurturing through hands-on learning.
