PIEP的国际教师均持有TESOL国际英语教师资格证，在和孩子相处的时候，国际教师都会坚持使用英语交流，不管他们是否会中文，英语是师生间唯一有效的交流方式；于孩子而言，英语不是学习的科目，而是一种“工具”，当孩子希望与老师交流时，他们会自然而然地使用英语。

All PIEP international teachers hold TESOL certification and consistently communicate with children in English—regardless of whether they speak Chinese. At PIEP, English is not just a subject; it’s a tool. Children naturally use English to connect with teachers, because it’s the only effective way to communicate in class.

PIEP的国际教师不止活跃在课堂内，他们更是孩子在园生活的朋友、陪伴者，即使不在授课时间，也与孩子们共同生活，一同吃饭、玩耍、照料孩子们的日常，深入陪伴到孩子的一日流程中。

At PIEP, international teachers are part of daily life, not just classroom time. They eat, play, and take care of the children throughout the day, building trust and encouraging natural English use.

在PIEP，每日的纪律、常规、餐前介绍，都会使用英语作为媒介语，沉浸式的双语环境，会帮助孩子潜移默化地积累最早的发音记忆和语感。用第二语言去生活，用第二语言去思考，语言能力是在真实的语言环境中“用”出来的。当双语的学习环境提供了机会，只要他们准备好了，就能发现孩子在英文交流中的产生的进步。

English is used in routines like lining up, eating, and group time. This immersive environment helps kids develop a natural sense of how English sounds and works. They don’t just learn English—they live it.

在PIEP，随处发生的自然拼读跟“玩中学”的探究式学习相得益彰。创造无处不在的英语学习情景是我们特别注重的教学细节：

Phonics learning happens throughout the day and is paired with playful, hands-on activities. We create rich English learning moments across all kinds of situations.

在单元主题的探究中，中外教师会为孩子创设更多的英语书写机会和情境，通过图片与文字进行匹配、角色扮演等多种丰富的学习形式，帮助孩子练习和运用已经掌握的单词，鼓励他们将自己学到的知识和内容应用到环境中，从而获取更多新技能。

During UOI inquiry, Chinese and international teachers create opportunities for children to read, write, and speak in English. Matching games, storytelling, and role play help kids use what they’ve learned in meaningful ways.

同时，我们也致力于培养学生良好的语言输出习惯，为孩子提供充足的展示机会，单元结题展、三方会议、英语风采大赛、国旗下的讲话、China Talk中国说栏目，让他们在各种场合，以不同的方式输出和享受语言表达的过程。

We also encourage students to express themselves confidently in English. They have many chances to speak and present through unit showcases, parent meetings, speech events, flag ceremonies, and the “China Talk” series.
