心理抚养,是父母与孩子的共同修行。为帮助家长优化亲子沟通理念,掌握科学养育方法。 2025年4月14日-5月6日,华外中学部心理老师张泽炎老师组织了第三次家长读书工作坊,带领七、八年级共31位家长共读《心理抚养》,从心理学视角探索家庭教育的核心智慧,助力孩子幸福成长!

To help parents enhance parent-child communication and adopt scientific parenting approaches, Mr. Zhang Zeyan, a psychology teacher at HW Middle School, organized the third Parent Reading Workshop from April 14 to May 6, 2025. Thirty-one parents from grades 7-8 participated in a collaborative reading of Psychological Parenting, exploring core principles of family education through psychological perspectives to support children’s holistic development.



“读懂孩子,首先要看见自己”,张泽炎老师借助探索心灵岛屿、联结内在青少年、重温青春期故事以及催眠等一系列活动,带领家长回溯自身成长经历,剖析教育行为背后的心理动机。对内在青少年的探寻激发了家长们的思考,重新审视自身教育模式,学习从心理学视角解读青少年的行为密码,深入了解孩子们的内心需求。

Mr. Zhang Zeyan guided parents through activities like inner landscape exploration, reconnecting with their adolescent selves, revisiting teenage experiences, and hypnosis. These exercises prompted reflection on their upbringing and analysis of psychological motivations behind parenting behaviors. Exploring their "inner adolescents" sparked introspection, driving parents to reassess methods, decode teen behaviors through psychological frameworks, and deepen understanding of children’s emotional needs.



在工作坊热烈的交流中,家长们踊跃分享着小组讨论的深刻洞见:从自身仍葆有的青少年特质,到作为家长对孩子闪光点的由衷赞赏。不同维度的观点交织碰撞,既在彼此的生命叙事里照见相似的成长轨迹,也在差异化的教育理念中激荡出智慧火花。这种多维共振的场域,让每位参与者既收获情感共鸣的温暖,更在思想碰撞中汲取科学育儿的多元启迪。

During the workshop, parents actively shared insights from group discussions—reflecting on retained adolescent traits and expressing sincere appreciation for their children’s strengths. Diverse perspectives collided, revealing shared growth experiences in personal narratives while sparking new insights through contrasting parenting philosophies. This dynamic environment fostered emotional resonance and equipped participants with diverse strategies for childcare.



在每一次线下工作坊中都设置了共同阅读的环节,家长们坐在一起精读《心理抚养》。在这段安静而专注的共读时光里,在书页翻动声中,有人凝神勾画“心理抚养的底层逻辑”,有人反复咀嚼“抚养”的深意,笔尖与纸张摩擦的沙沙声,映衬着每位家长对心理养育的洞察。

Each workshop included structured group reading sessions focused on in-depth analysis of Psychological Parenting. Parents annotated key concepts like "psychological nurturing fundamentals" and contemplated the deeper implications of "parenting," demonstrating critical engagement with the material.



21天的阅读陪伴、379次的阅读打卡、3次线下工作坊的顺利开展。通过这些活动,家长们培养起了阅读的习惯,深入理解了《心理抚养》的核心理念,意识到对孩子的抚养不仅仅是性格的培养和规则方面的约束,更是心灵之间的对话与陪伴。他们开始更加关注孩子的情感需求,学会倾听并理解孩子的内心世界,并非一味地追求学业成绩或比赛表现。这次工作坊不仅帮助家长更好地理解了“心理抚养”的意义,也为他们未来的家庭养育提供了新的方向与动力。

The 21-day program yielded 379 reading check-ins and three successful workshops. Parents developed consistent reading habits, grasped core concepts of psychological parenting, and shifted focus from academic performance to emotional connection. Many began prioritizing active listening and understanding their children's inner worlds.



同时,为感谢家长们的积极参与,学校给完成21天打卡的家长们准备了一份特殊的礼物——学校十周年纪念品,内含定制帆布袋、十周年纪念玩偶以及定制笔记本。鼓励各位家长们在未来能够继续阅读、不断成长。

As recognition for their commitment, the school awarded completion certificates and 10th-anniversary commemorative gifts (custom tote bags, mascots, and notebooks) to encourage ongoing learning.



通过这次21天的阅读与实践,相信家长们不仅收获了新的教育理念,更找到了与孩子心灵相通的方式。教育的本质,或许就在于用心陪伴与真诚对话。愿每位家长都能带着这份理解与爱,与孩子共同成长,创造更多美好的未来。让我们共同期待下一期的家长工作坊,让我们一起阅见美好。
